Every time I order bill and bobs in Peabody this is how they handle my food, they don’t give a crap about nobody, if you have any dignity or self respect you’d stop letting them serve you, 9 x outta 10 they gave me a slop trey & treated me like a pig, they always give skimpy portions, don’t order the super beef it’s the same thing as the regular I weighed them on a scale one day because I was certain they were playing me, I showed them photogenic proof and they dismissed me and denied any wrong doing, another time I ordered a super beef they had put hair in my food and after that I never walked in the store again, i’d also suggest if you’re health vulnerable do not buy fried foods from there, they don’t regularly change their frying oils once got really sick from eating their fried chicken sandwich, my grandfather lives next door and buys from them and they gave him a hollow steak and cheese that looks like somebody got mad and punched it ten times before serving it, these people wanna act like animals i’m gonna leave them the crappiest review of their life, if they take it down ima keep posting it on another email.

I was in Peabody on business and I happened to stumble upon the royalty of roast beef! The roast beef is super tasty with the perfect amount of bbq sauce drizzled over a few white onions. The bun was soft and buttery and every bite was Heavenly. I also ordered the house made chili which was incredible as well. There’s plenty of free parking and plenty of dining space and the staff here are warm and inviting. I definitely recommend stopping by!

I love the food here but the women that work at the counter are so miserable all the time. Every single time I go in they give you attitude. I used to come here all the time wheb I woukd work late but the past few years I avoided it to not get yelled at for implying ordering food. Came back and got yelled at again. Bill and Bob’s roast beef, a Massachusetts home town success story restaurant! Famous for their roast beef sandwich! That’s what I had, done three way, cheese, mayo and BBQ sauce. I’ve had it plain and the way is the way to go for sureis with the mayo, cheese and BBQ sauce! Never ate any thing else here except the roast beef sandwich! The woman who waited on me at the Peabody location was kind, professional and polite, service was super fast here. No drive in though. But there is plenty of free parking!

I must say that the location was a bit Urban for me but the customers were very polite and friendly. One of the best Roast beef sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I definitely would like to recommend this place because it is worth the drive and the reward is tasty.

I got a roast beef to-go. It was by far the worst roast beef I’ve ever had. It’s was so bad, I stopped eating it half way through in fear that I would get food poisoning. It smelled off and tasted off. Last time here for sure

This time I got the pastrami, and it was great. The pastrami was sliced right in front of me, and my sandwich was fantastic. The French fries were not made until I got there. This place knows how to take take of there customers. Excellent food.

So I just ordered a pickup over the phone and whoever that lady was that took my order should be fired what a rude unprofessional person. When my wife picked it up she told my wife she didn’t know what I ordered and only cares about my soda which is odd. My wife wanted to double check make sure everything was in there and she basically threw the bag at her and wouldn’t let her look and took the next customer if you hate your job so much quit. Food is awful burnt roll and dry and hard to eat. 1 star won’t be back
