This is a really great coffee shop. From the outside it just looks like a normal shop, but inside it’s so much more. It was empty when we visited yesterday. There was a gentlemen who was at the counter. As soon as he started talking I just knew he was from NY. I explained I was from there as well and we just started chatting. We placed our order and then the gentleman (Albert) the owner was preparing our order and gave us the story.
He bought the coffee shop 2 years ago and it’s a AA/Al-Anon meeting place at night. He said they get so many people and the whole back room is dedicated to the cause. The coffee shop puts the money back into shop to keep it running for the meetings. I could have talked to him all day about it as it was quite interesting. He also said he hires people from the meetings to help run the coffee shop!
Anyways, if you want to be a part of this wonderful cause, visit this shop. The coffee was amazing and we shared a piece of carrot cake which was delish. Pricing was fair for a coffee shop!

We ordered 2 different coffees, hot and cold and 2 iced chai teas. All were delicious! We sat at a cute table/couch and spent about 1 1/2 hours enjoying the atmosphere. The front is bright and Sunny, the back is windowless and cozy. Barista gave good suggestions and brought our drinks out to us quickly. She was very attentive and sweet. Can’t wait to go back!

I stopped in for an afternoon iced latte. I was wanting a banana flavored one, and the barrista concocted a banana bread latte and it was pretty good. I enjoyed it, and if I am ever in Indian Trail again, I would definitely stop in. The place is very cute and inviting.

Great coffee! I had an oat milk latte with toasted marshmallow and my husband had a pour over. Both fantastic! The place looks small from the outside but the inside has a really cute and cozy place to enjoy your coffee.

Bill and Bob’s Coffee Bar is the place to go if you want an excellent cup of coffee, a masterfully pulled shot of espresso or a specialty drink like a Cuban Colada or Turkish coffee prepared the authentic way. The atmosphere within the coffee shop is welcoming and relaxing. They purchase coffee from local roasters (currently Sugar Creek Coffee Roasters and Magnolia Coffee Company) to ensure that the coffee is as fresh as possible. I was there for over 2 hours and had 4 drinks. The Cuban Colada was perfectly sweet and strong, the shot of espresso had an excellent flavor and was NOT BITTER AT ALL, the regular drip coffee was smooth and hot, and the cold brew was smooth and refreshing. Al has got to be one of the most interesting people that I have met in a long time, and he is super knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to the coffee he serves. If you’re not quite sure what to get, ask Al and he will point you in the right direction. Everyone wants to support a small business with a real mission and Bill and Bob’s have one worth getting behind. I will be visiting this coffee shop frequently.
P.S. If you want to get the best experience, remind Al to cut off the fluorescent lights…it’s a whole vibe!

Nice coffee joint. Friendly person behind the bar but slow service. I did have something that took time to brew and the Colada was perfection. The chairs at the bar were wobbly as heck. The pastry was okay. This is not DD or Tarbucks.

Im here often and it feels like you’re leaving your living room to go to your living room up the street. Feels like home. I read somewhere where it says it was barely any seating and there is more than enough seating, unless the person didn’t know about the whole seating area in the back. Owner is very cool and it feels like you’re with your family.

Great place to stop by for coffee! Had a meeting here and it’s so small and cozy inside that it’s really got a homey vibe. Tried the Turkish coffee pictured and it was epic! Presentation was on point and the service was kind and courteous. Just kind of found this spot out of the blue but definitely want to stop by for more!

Quietly and comfortable setting, but the Turkish coffee was a bid fail. Made too quickly so it came out watery and weak. Also disappointed that they only provide throw-away cups. Haven’t tried any other coffee items, so I might be back.

This is a great little coffee shop. The ambience is off the charts. Indoor and outdoor seating. Really nice staff. I never order, I just let them pick for me. Great place.
