What happened to you? What was once great food pre covid is now over seasoned with near non existent portions. I thought it was a fluke but after multiple disappointments these past few months I’m not coming back. There was maybe a tablespoon worth of chicken in my pita. Everything salted to an unbearable level.

Fantastic place. One of the best Mediterranean food this side of the river. A bit pricey, however quality is really good. Dont miss the Turkish Coffee.

We went to a near by store and walked around for a few min and walked into the 1st open restaurant. Biladi was the lucky winner and I’m happy we went. Food was good and the fresh juice drinks were very refreshing. I had the mixed meat plater and my wife had the jumbo shrimp. My wife really enjoyed it and I liked my entree. Everything was fresh and we enjoyed it. Thank you.

We really wanted Biladi Grill to be our new favorite restaurant. It won’t be. Food was fresh. But not special. The hummus was salty (the guy at the next table said the same thing!), and my red snapper wasn’t just char grilled – it was overcooked dead dry as wood. The bulgar was OK. Maybe I should have stuck with chicken kebabs. Ah well. Not great, not bad, but should have been better. Still looking for a good simple Mediterranean grill in the area.

My husband and I were recommended by a friend to eat at this place. So we decided to travel from New Brunswick NJ, for some delicious mediterranean food, and WOW. We were impressed. Food was amazing, hot, and served quickly. We weren’t aware the place was BYOB so next time we will happily bring a bottle or 2 of wine. There is a liquor store across the street, if needed last minute. The owner was nice enough to come out and ask how the food was and wanted to ensure the patrons were all well. I would say an overall 10/10. You won’t be disappointed

My boyfriend recently took me here, with him and his family, and the food was delish! I got the shawarma platter and it was 10/10. I also HAVE to recommend the lemonade, it was homemade and to die for ⭐️

Great tasting food! The chicken kabob is sooo good! Finish your dinner with a dessert called Kanefa. This dessert is so delicious! Must try! Must have!

My mother and I are addicted to Biladi! We come here or take out at least once a week. Mediterranean/Turkish food is my absolute favorite and while most restaurants do it wrong, Biladi does it perfectly. You can’t even find the delicacies as good as theirs in NYC! The hummus and baba ganoush are to die for, and everything off the menu is served fresh, hot, and in generous portions. It is a bit pricey but well worth it for this wonderful, authentic food and to support a friendly, family-run business!

I was extremely disappointed with today’s meal. I have purchased a takeout, paid around $85, and about half of the food was inedible. First of all, almost everything was overcooked, fish was dry, blackened and the amount of salt was unbelievable. In the trash it went. Same happened with the liver – it was the grossest tasting dish – this one was not overcooked but tasted REALLY REALLY bad. Sautéed veggies were close to being fried and blackened as well. Pita smelled like old oil. The rest of the food was okeyish – fries, rice, dolmas and babaghanush.

This place is absolutely worth a visit. A gem hidden in plain sight. Family owned and operated and it shows. Very friendly staff. Lots of vegetarian options. Definitely buy a bottle of hot sauce to take home.
