That said, the ambience is great—clean, vibrant, and perfect for enjoying North Indian chats. Despite the inconsistency, it’s still a nice place to explore a variety of North Indian snacks. I’d definitely visit again!
It’s the kind of place that instantly feels like home. Every dish tasted just like it was made with love, and you can tell the care that goes into everything they serve. Kiran Aunty is simply amazing — so kind, so passionate, and truly the heart of this place. And she made Jain food for us.
I’ll gladly drive 40 miles every weekend from Beverly Hills just to come back here. Loved every single moment of this experience!
I especially loved their Chole Bhature and Raj Kachori—absolutely spot on, with the perfect balance of flavor and freshness. The sweets counter is another highlight—each piece is rich, fresh, and beautifully presented. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was lively yet clean and comfortable, making it great for both families and casual outings.
It’s rare to find Indian food in the US that tastes this close to what you’d get in Delhi, and Bikanerwala really nails it. Highly recommended for anyone missing authentic Indian snacks, meals, or mithai!
I also tried to order a pre-made dessert from the counter at 9:05 PM, but I was told the kitchen was closed and they couldn’t take my order. It was frustrating because the dessert was already made and didn’t need to be prepared in the kitchen.
Drove 30 mins to this place doesn’t seem worth for next time.
Lady at front desk has atitude and think I am asking a favour to order something from here.
The only small drawback was the kachori, which was a bit soggy; otherwise, everything else met expectations. Overall, a great place for authentic Indian vegetarian food in LA, and I would definitely visit again.
Everything was delicious and exceeded expectations. The owners were very nice and gave us some other sweets to try. The service and vibe was great as well for a casual restaurant. So glad to have this Indian Gem close to us.
