Chole was cold, despite us being the only other customers in the restaurant and having ordered the same dish.
And while it was cold and raining outside, the door was left open so we could hardly enjoy what little warmth we could get from the bhatura. Constantly feeling a draft.

Not a good service, food is over rated.

I am extremely disappointed with the Kadai Paneer I ordered today. The dish was utterly bland, with no proper gravy at all – as you can see in the picture, it looked and tasted like vegetables boiled in water with just a sprinkle of red chili powder. There was no richness, no flavor, and absolutely none of the taste you would expect from a Kadai Paneer.

This is shocking, especially since I regularly order Sarson da Saag from here, which is consistently excellent. The complete lack of effort and quality in this dish is unacceptable. It felt careless and poorly prepared, something I would never expect from a restaurant I trusted.

If this is the standard for Kadai Paneer, it should be avoided at all costs. A highly disappointing experience and certainly not worth the money.

Service was good. Food was delivered promptly. The place is well maintained and very clean. We ordered a bunch of stuff. Makki roti sarson saag was average. The daal makhni and paneer kulcha was very good . We also ordered chili paneer and noodles. They were just ok. For Sweets, I ordered rabri falooda which was a disappointment. It only had lots and lots of noodles with no texture at all. We also got rasgulla and gulab jamun. They were ok. Overall food can be much better.

Nice place to savor different Indian snacks and eatables. They also have a good menu of sweets to offer. Bhature Chole is my favorite at this location. Sometimes overcrowded though. It’s said service with a smile is always better. Even though you maybe extremely busy, nothing stops you as a business owner to instill a sense of pleasant Customer Service.
Food and snacks here is excellent though

If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors, Bikanervala in NJ is definitely worth a stop. The place has a vibrant vibe — bright, clean, and full of that nostalgic aroma of spices and sweets. Their menu is packed with North Indian favorites, from chole bhature and paneer dishes to a ton of street food items like samosas and chaats that taste just like the ones you’d find in Delhi. The portions are generous, and you can tell they don’t shortcut on ingredients or flavor.

The self-service setup makes things move pretty quickly even when it’s busy, and the prices are fair for the quality you get. Definitely don’t skip the sweets counter — the rasgullas and kaju katli are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully displayed. They also have great snack mixes and packaged treats to take home. It’s a perfect spot for a quick lunch, evening snack, or weekend family meal. Authentic food, clean environment, and great value — I’d happily visit again!

I visited this shop just for ghewar, but happened to try other sweets as well and I am glad I went here. They make ‘the best’ Indian sweets I have tasted in this area. Better than most other famous sweet shops. Mithai are not excessively sweet: guilt-free indulgence. They have a great collection of Bengali sweets. Not to forget the chole bhatoore (bhatoore are fried in desi ghee, couldn’t ask for more!) I am permanent customer.

The pani puri was really bad. The water tasted awful and super bitter. For a branded restaurant, they honestly could’ve done way better. The stuffing was just cut potatoes and some sprouts, and it didn’t even feel fresh. On top of that, it’s overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the high price.

Comfort food. We always order the same menu items, there is some variations based on day of week and time of the day. Still tastes good. Laccha parantha, chile bhature, paneer tikka and daal makhani.
