We visited for dinner and were deeply disappointed. Not only was the service incredibly slow, but the food quality was also extremely poor. Even as someone who loves spicy food, I found the dishes overpoweringly hot to the point of being inedible. To top it off, the portions were tiny despite the ultra-expensive prices, and we were constantly swatting away flies throughout the meal. Definitely not worth the cost.

We had a special 40th birthday celebration for my friend. All our friends enjoyed every dish and have said would visit again.
The cocktails were amazing, we loved taking advantage of buy one get one free.

I stopped by this Indian restaurant on Saturday and had such a great experience. The food was authentic tasting (i’m very Indian) without being overpowering, and everything was fresh. What really stood out, though, was the service. Sauman took care of our table and was genuinely warm, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. It made the whole meal feel even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Me and my husband are regular customers and rate this restaurant highly. Friends & family that have accompanied us also agree. It was our first time trying Rajasthani cuisine in UK. The place is modern with a decent ambience. The food was great. The Rajkachori was too good and so was the desert. However we were quite let down by the service. We had booked a table for 8pm, the staff only managed to find us a seat at 9pm. For almost an hour we were just stood there waiting for a table. The bar could not serve us any drinks either while we were waiting as they were short staffed. Luckily the food made it worth the wait. Our first impression was a great restaurant with average service.

The food itself was average at best – lacking the rich flavors and authenticity you’d expect from an Indian restaurant. Portions were inconsistent, and a couple of dishes arrived lukewarm.
What really sealed the experience was the response when we raised these concerns. Rather than an apology or any attempt to make things right, we were met with defensiveness and argument. It was clear that feedback was not welcomed, and customer satisfaction was not a priority.
A deeply disappointing evening overall. There are many Indian restaurants that offer better food, better service, and actually care about their customers – I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
