Had an amazing dine-in experience at Biju Indian Cuisine! The food was absolutely excellent – fresh, flavorful, and truly tasted like home-cooked Indian food. The naan was soft and perfectly baked, the curry was rich and full of authentic spices, and even the salad was fresh and well-seasoned.
The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and everything was served hot and beautifully presented. You can really feel the quality and care in every dish.
Highly recommend this place if you’re craving real, delicious Indian food. Will definitely be coming back!
Tasted more like a dal curry with a bit of chicken added. Lacked authentic flavor and depth.
Tandoori Chicken Tikka Naan: 4/10
Average — nothing special. The same tandoori chicken seems to be used in multiple dishes.
Butter Naan: 6/10
Soft and decent, one of the better items we had.
Non-Veg Dum Biryani: 2.5/10
Very disappointing — no real biryani flavor, missing spices, and even lacked salt. The chicken pieces had no taste or texture.
Chicken Lababdar: 5/10
A bit better, but again, the same tandoori chicken used in curry form. Lacked the richness and layered flavor expected from this dish.
Overall Impression:
The food felt repetitive and under-seasoned. Every chicken dish tasted the same, and the biryani was especially bland. Needs more attention to authentic Indian flavors and better spice balance.
Tonight we had an incredible dinner at Biju’s and were blown away by the variety and depth of flavor. If you’re going, do yourself a favor and come hungry!
We started with the Pakora, which was perfectly crispy and not greasy at all. For the mains, the Chilli Chicken had a fantastic kick, and the Dry Dal was a standout—it’s hard to find a dry dal done this well, where the texture is spot on and the spices are fragrant.
The Goat Biryani was tender and aromatic, and the Keema Kulcha was perfect.. We paired the mains with the delicious Coconut Rice. But the real star of the show for my wife was the Cheese Naan. It was soft, pillowy, and decadent—the perfect vessel for scooping up every last bit of sauce.
You can tell this is a owner operated gem that cares deeply about the food they serve. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service was exceptional amd warm. We/I in hindsite definitely under tipped when reflecting on how attentive and genuinely friendly the owner and staff were. I’ll make up for that next time. Sidney is lucky to have them!
