Want a fun place to go with friends and if you can’t golf just bring a good attitude come here!! I’ve been to the competition many times. The food here is very good and compares well. The service was great and Christine was a lot of fun. They’ve made a few upgrades to make it very family friendly.

Restaurant Service was terrible, and thats being nice. My son and I were the only ones in the bar, staff walked by and looked at us for 20 minutes. Finally i went to bar and asked if they served food… she looked at me and said “sure, what do you want?”. Maybe a menu to start?
Range was fun enough. Probably overpriced for the level of service. Only thing keeping this place open is the location. Id go back to hit balls with my son but nothing else.

Friendly staff, friendly members, and amazing food! If you’re new to golf, try this place! We are new but never felt intimidated by members. If you’re experienced, you will find friends to play or train with. This place is more fun and family friendly than TopGolf! Unlimited balls and very fast golf simulator than Top Golf. To be honest Big Shots IS WAY BETTER THAN Top Golf!!!!!!!

The food is so good! The Black Bean Burger is so good. Grab lunch here if you’re close and want great food. Golfing is always a fun experience. It’s family fun for all ages. The staff members are always helpful. Great choice for entertainment.

As a less casual golfer this place is a slightly better but more expensive alternative to a driving range. You can bring your own club and if you want. The clubs here a cheap and will make you think your game has worsened.
The food was just ok. I thought the everything pretzels were decent. Although the cheese sauce looked questionable. My friend who loves pickles got a chicken sandwich but when he was done he picked out the pickles and I asked him why to which he responded with “I only like good pickles”
Was excited to hear the mini golf was free as well but was met with 5 sad holes of mini golf. Was not fun at all
The wait staff are super attentive and friendly, but those at the front desk left much to be desired. Rather than proactively engaging with customers, they seemed more absorbed in their own conversations

I live in the area and have always chosen Top Golf. Me and my wife has been talking about going here for a few month now and decide to go Today 02.16.25.
1st: We were greeted as soon as we walked in and taken to our bay to start our games.
2:Our server Tiara I think that’s how you spell her name greeted us and turnt up the heat in our bay and came back simultaneously to make sure it was still going and took our order right away(Food and drinks) she gave us great recommendations like the Blueberry Gimlet which is now my favorite drink Casy they Bartender made my drink so goooood! Tiara Service was phenomenal and she checked in like clock work even after we left the bay and went inside to play uno! Yes they have board games too play❤️. After Tiara shift was over we were disappointed because we really wanted to tip her good for her great service but she had already left.
2:Dj has now clocked in And oh the service got even better he was phenomenal! My Fav Bartender there other than casy be sure to ask him for the Banana or orange Green-tea shots omg they were so good. His service was phenomenal and he made sure we were given things like water and straws etc upon his request we didn’t even have to ask and all the staff has earned our appreciation and we definitely will be making this our new stop!

We come here weekly to play board games and chill – none of us are golfers, but we’re always so welcomed!! They have a great drink menu, including non-alcohol options. We LOVE Hannah – so gracious and helpful! – and we’re disappointed when she’s not on the schedule.

Our experience at this Fort Worth location was extremely disappointing from the moment we walked in. Not a single person greeted us, made eye contact, or acknowledged that we were there. Kayla, who appeared to be handling check-ins, didn’t say hello, didn’t ask how we were doing, and avoided eye contact entirely. There was another employee behind the counter; a guy with blonde hair and green zip up hoodie who kept yawning and looked completely uninterested in being there. He seemed more interested in talking to the girls about who’s coming in and who’s not coming in not once acknowledging any customers. There were atleast 3 other groups waiting with us.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the poor service. The mushrooms and onion rings were unpleasant and far below expectations. The only item that was even remotely decent were the Cheeto mozzarella sticks.
Overall, we would not recommend this place and we will not be coming back. The lack of basic hospitality combined with subpar food made this a very disappointing visit.

Let’s Review!
The front host staff is terrible. Well, not all but it only takes one bad apple to ruin it. Took a group of teens to celebrate a birthday. The hostess at the front refused to assist my group when requested by another staff member. Gave no explanation just said “no” when I addressed the situation with management she assumed me that was not reflective of the customer service they provide. I did not feel comfortable leaving my group unattended. Waited in the bar area. I was prepared to purchase gift cards for holiday distribution but changed my mind based on the encounter. I received no follow up from ownership or the general manager after electronic communication sent. I do not recommend this place.
