We were just passing through Lubbock and from the highway I can smell how good the barbecue was smelling so I had to stop to see how good it tastes. The pork rib was cooked very tender and delicious. I also got the brisket mac & cheese which was also good. My daughter liked the Frito pie.

Ordered DoorDash while I was in town for 1 night. Excellent BBQ. Ribs were perfect. Chicken was killer. Great sauce. Loaded Potato Salad awesome. That’s how I’m going to do mine from now on at home. Peppers were a great addition.

This was really my first introduction into Texas bbq in my little stay in Lubbock. And honestly I was disappointed. Nothing was inherently bad in my opinion. But everything seemed to just lack flavor and true like…. depth? I think it’s decent as a quick stop but id hold to the same regard as little more than just fast food. However the guy at the counter was very nice he was super happy about his job . And albeit a bit awkward he seems like a solid employee. And that made my visit there pleasant.

Ordered through 2 good 2 go Bought 2 orders went to pick it up the girl cashiet said we are one of the Best restaurants to give good stuff in our surprise bag! Yeah right both orders had coleslaw both orders had green bean not even a variety one order it’s meat was one sausage that looked like a hot dog cut in half and the other one was four four short ribs no sauce didn’t even offer sauce reminded me of a to go bag that when someone doesn’t finish their food at the restaurant they take it home

Recommended by a few Lubbock locals to try Bigham Smokehouse. One can tell from the bee line from the drive through , this family own business since 1978 is popular with the local folk. If you’re from out of town, Expect humble, sweet hospitality from all the team members- managers or servers… smiles and laughs way going conversation. Some of the team members have been there since opening and they still afforded their best smiles to their guests. Love that about them.
Family enjoys good bbq and Bigham’s did not disappoint. Pork ribs were moist and fall off the bone. The moist brisket was amazingly succulent and packed with flavor, and the smoked turkey … nothing short of well seasoned , smokey and tender. Brigham’s has got our vote.
We’re coming back in the future for the chicken that sold out faster than one could cook ‘em!! That says how good it gets out here.

My wife and I have been looking for a GOOD peach cobbler since our honey moon… didn’t kno we’d find it in our own back yard So glad we stopped on in and got some great BBQ and the best peach cobbler! (I had to get a whole tray to take home!)
