Terrible service, they don’t listen to anything. One request was NO BLACK OLIVES as I am allergic and this is what they gave me, EXTRA OLIVES. Pizza is BARELY even cut into slices. Lazy workers

Really tasty. They have pizza by the slice in many varieties. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they put the pizza in the over to heat it and the crust got so crispy we couldn’t fold it like NY pizza. We will be back.

Heard about biggies for years now, but there’s never been one in my area! When they opened this one I figured I’d finally give it a shot, I’m from New York and have missed the pizza a lot. This pizza is incredible! The true New York way. I will be back all the time now. My favorite slice I tried was the Angelo! The crispy pepperoni cups are to die for! Definitely give them a try, I guarantee you’ll never want a chain pizza again.

Oh man! The thick Grandma Pie pizza was awesome. We loved eating here and would highly recommend it. They had great customer service and explained we could either order ready made slices or freshly baked whole pizzas. We chose the slices because we weren’t that hungry but even one slice is huge and filling.

We came here because of all the great reviews but unfortunately our experience was subpar. We ordered two cheese slices and two with meatballs. I specifically asked if the meatballs were sliced and was told yes. It was served as 3 huge meatballs cut in half. Impossible to eat. They just keep rolling off. The pizza was so incredibly salty we threw it away and left.
Also… the huge pizza slices were served on a red serving tray and on very small, thin paper plates which offered no support. The slices were off the plates and touching the tray. Yuck.

Biggies is amazing! Had the best pizza there and will be coming back! Doing slices is my go too! I love going with my friends and getting a bunch of slices and hanging out in there! Definitely recommend! The workers are so fun and also so happy!

The pizza wasn’t mind-blowing, but it was good, enjoyable floppy NY style pizza. You can’t go wrong with that. My impressions came from Forrest, the young man working the counter. In a world where customer service has largely gone the way of the dodo, this guy was a breath of fresh air. It was our first time, and he could not have been more generous or accommodating in his explanation. The smile never left his face, and he was genuinely interested in my family having a good experience. I wish the owner had been present so I could have praised the employee more meaningfully. Whatever Forrest makes, it doesn’t begin to compare with what he provides in return with that level of service. On his merits alone, five enthusiastic stars. If I wasn’t an out-of-towner, I would be a regular. I hope management sees this and rewards him accordingly.
