Meh. Ordered a vanilla bean and a frozen mocha. Vanilla bean tastes like hot water and I asked for sweet foam on my mocha, it was repeated back to me and still received whip. Tried putting points on our card after the order and they told us they have a new system, which I don’t know is true.

I love the White Pigeon store. This is my favorite one of them all. The baristas are the best. They are very kind. Tonight I took my 2 grandsons in there and Jazmin made it a fun experience for them. They really enjoyed beating her in rock paper scissors It was nice seeing the smiles on their faces. Thank you Jazmin.

The employee was very very very rude to us. We placed an online order before realizing they were closed so we pulled to the drive through to ask how to get a refund and she opened the window and completely snapped/yelled at us and didn’t give us a chance to explain what happened. She should be fired.

I drive to this location out of the way versus other locations in the area! The drinks are the best, the baristas are the best, the manager always goes above and beyond if any issues arise, which is inevitable in fast paced environments! Most of them know my car when I come pulling in my drink is always top notch!

Just came through for a coffee and a bagel and just had an amazing experience with the whole barista crew. Everyone was extremely friendly from the person taking our order to the barista at the window. The coffee was spot on and the bagel had just enough hardness to it to make it perfect. I highly recommend dropping through for a cup of brew.

Used to love going here, but lately I refuse to buy anything. They started this new thing at the beginning of the year, happy hour where you get 50 percent off drinks. That worked fine until a couple weeks ago. I got home and noticed I was charged full price during happy hour (as they don’t tell you your total and don’t give you as a receipt while you are there) so I called the manager to inform them. Manager said that they silently implemented a new policy that means whenever you go for happy hour you have to directly state you are there for happy hour or you don’t get the 50 percent off. Totally unfair, as they never announced this. I can’t imagine how many people have been ripped off by this. The service is usually okay, but ever since Jessica quit, all of these new people don’t last more than a month, and I get the same drink every time that tastes different every time.
