Very slow service. Like, REALLY slow. Been here multiple times always the same speed. They still cant figure out the correct amount of cream and sugar in a coffee. Small gets 1 and 1. X-large also gets 1 and 1???? Dunkin, Starbucks, EVERYWHERE else knows how to do it, not Bigby. I guess slow speed, too many people and unknown measurements are their thing.

We are so happy to have another coffee spot in town, we stopped in and bought a frozen caramel latte and a spotted owl hot drink. Both were very good, the location has only been open for a few days so obviously everything was nice and clean. We appreciated the helpful staff it seemed like they were still in training, but they did very well. There is not very much seating at all only about 10 seats total. It looks like it is mostly a drive-through, which is also great.

I only drink dark roast black coffee no sugar. There’s no hiding bad coffee when you’re not adding anything. My French roast coffee from Biggby was very good and an amazing value. It was what coffee should cost. I would go all the time if I didn’t live 800 miles away. The staff was super friendly and patient also.

Be prepared to have a long wait. And if you like your drinks made a certain way and pay for it expect it to come as it’s shown on the sign. Without the extras you paid for! The girls
Do not listen to you when you tell them what you want. I’ve tried it five times. This is the last time they’ll be having my business. I’ll go to white pigeon or Elkhart before returning here to not get what I paid for. Not to mention while you waited forever for your three drinks and donut cup. That are done but the girls just wanna keep chatting at the window and not hand you your stuff.

Drive through is horrible so slow. I waited over 20 min in line with just 2 cars in front of me. Don’t bother going if you only have a few minutes to spare.

Waited close to 30 minutes for one drink and a sandwich. The drink sat waiting for the sandwich to be “made” which was just thrown into a microwave. The sandwich was cold. Other people got their orders before we did. Worst Biggby we have ever been to.
