Coffee is great. App never works for online orders. I have complained endless times. It consistently charges and never sends the order to the store. I have had two issues in a matter of 3 weeks. It is a shame that they don’t fix it. This has been an issue for months. Invest in a better app!

This used to be my favorite BIGGBY/coffee drive through, but as seen it’s under new ownership and the customer service has gone down hill. The quality of the drinks are inconsistent but most of all the employees are rude. If you ask absolutely any question related to the coffee or not you’ll be met with eye rolls, attitude and most likely your drink being made incorrectly.

I’ve never had an issue with this location. However, this morning I decided to do a mobile order and pick it up inside the store. I walked in (never did the mobile order before). I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go, I was just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. A worker, an older woman (gray hair), said nothing but “the line starts OVER there” pointing rudely. I said “I actually have a mobile order”. She continues “we don’t have a mobile order, it’s not here. Did you make sure it was THIS location?”
Here’s your sign NOT to place a mobile order with this location. They won’t have your order and will not help you get a refund… they didn’t care I was standing there not knowing what to do, didn’t care to see my order confirmation. They pretty much said to figure it out with the app.

Place has completely changed since new ownership. Staff is sarcastic and rude. We drove away while in the middle of an order because of the crappy attitude of the employee when we asked if something had dairy in it. Very sad since we have been coming to this location since they opened. We live in Edwardsburg and will gladly drive past this location to visit other coffee shops from now on. We will NOT be back!
