Employees were great, the bragel sandwich was excellent, coffee is reasonable, not pleased with their Tea. Ordered a normal Iced green tea and the brand of tea they use has a minty green. I dislike mint and thought it was odd that they would pick such a divisive flavor to be your base green.

They have a great little conference room with a large table. The staff was so nice to let us use it for a couple of hours for boardgames. Great place to hang.

Whenever I would visit this location… The drink was always hit or miss. So never consistent. As well as. If there was even just one car in the drive through, I don’t stop, because for some reason, it takes forever!

Extremely rude manager …I’ve been there many times and the lattes are always so inconsistent..was in yesterday..went back immediately to have them remake it because I literally paid 9 dollars for icy milk water..they remade it and it tastes even more watery.Called..they said that I could get a different one..went back the next day .the regional manager that claimed to be the owner said she couldn’t help me.thar they couldn’t remake it unless I paid for it..asked her to add an extra shot to make it taste like some other then sweet watery ice milk..she made me the drink then asked me why I come there if their coffee is inconsistent and I have issues..I explained to her it’s not every time ..that when it’s made right it’s good..ive been going there for years and had them remake it around 4 times .Instead of correcting the issue she was rude mean and tried to make me feel bad ..even recommended 7 brew coffee down the street.Please train your employees better and don’t blame the customer

Used to get the Pink Panther smoothy type drink and they no longer carry it because they got rid of blackberry. They made it for me but substituted the blackberry for raspberry.

We just recently moved to the area and stopped by the first time leaving the Best Buy in town. I’ve lived here about 2 weeks and have probably been in 3 or 4 times. Their spotted owl is my favorite, but anything else I’ve tried has been very good as well.
My most recent visit, the employees were clearly new, and the drinks weren’t quite the same, but still good and certainly not enough to stop me from going back. Great little coffee shop!

Enjoyed our coffee. Would like to have a group meeting in your room, which is a great asset, howeve we could not use TV to run a video because the remote was missing. Would like to bring my group there and parrtronize your business. Maybe a universal remote could be programed to work. Thanks

I love coffee. I grew up in Michigan and when I moved to Wisconsin, I’d go back and visit my friends and check out Biggby coffee with them. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that Wisconsin had one! I’ve been to this location several times during my travels and have always had very pleasant experiences with the staff. Fantastic beverages, super kind employees, and overall just a terrific place. I always feel welcomed when I’m here!!

I put in a mobile order today and I had to get my bagel remade 2 times bc they couldn’t get it right for the first time. Our drinks were fine but how hard is it to make a breakfast sandwich correctly? Not only that, when we asked to get the remake, I got a dirty look from the barista. BIGGBY please do better, sincerely, someone who works in food service.
