Honestly just done with this location. I get coffee / drinks 2 to 3 times a week and this location is one I frequent out of convience. The issue here is the random wierd things employees do.
I ordered a blast that typically comes with lemon, when I asked about the missing lemon I was told the drink no longer includes lemon. I go to another location and ask for lemon and I get told the drink includes lemon. Next time I’m on Kalamazoo it has lemon.
I order a cold brew with caramel and it doesn’t have any caramel in the drink, I ask and I am told the caramel just goes on top. It was never like this prior and never like this again in recent visits, caramel always mixed in.
Today was the cherry on top, I ordered a frozen blast add boba. Drink comes with no boba so I point it out. Oh we blend the boba in! No you don’t, I have order this drink 50 times and I have never had the boba blended in (why even bother with boba?). I tell the guy I have never had it like that, clearly I am not happy with it as is. Well that’s how it is done now I guess. I’m not going to Karen the guy so I leave and sure enough the drink has no “blended boba”, just flat lied and took my money for the upcharge.
I’m done, you dont need my business anyways, I’ll just go to 44th street or the M6 location.
Train your employees to not lie to customers. All you had to do was dump the drink over another cup with some boba in the bottom, instead you ruined my morning xD

Every location is always out of bagels, cream cheese or their not making breakfast sandwiches every time I come to any of the biggbys in Kentwood. And they just made my coffee order wrong there was no whipped cream or drizzle. I would like to be contacted im not happy

This is my go to location and the staff are usually always friendly but they are SLOW, today I ordered one drink and sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Would say the only improvement needed is to be a bit faster. Funny enough, I work at Starbucks but choose Biggby on my day’s off and the long wait times would never be acceptable at Starbucks.
