I came in the other day and my wife and I ordered two lattes.
Pretty sure it was the manager and assistant manager if I were to guess that was working, and the one on drinks was being extremely rude to My wife and I. This isn’t the first time, but I just thought I would say something about it. We don’t usually come in in the mornings. In the afternoons when we come in, we get well taken care of! Won’t be coming back here in the mornings.

I love BIGGBY but it’s unrealistic to limit one transaction per vehicle in the drive through and I’ve not experienced that at other locations. I would however like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to try Colby’s Café & Brew! Great drive through service that accepts multiple transactions per vehicle, locally owned and operated as well, and is appreciative of the tips they receive without having to ask for them. Thanks BIGGBY Whitehall crew! We will def be returning to Colby’s Café & Brew.

They are so polite and trying to make a living! Some people out there think it’s ok to not tip at all and that’s messed up, if you were served, tip and if you have a complaint I’m sure if your reasonable about how you bring it up, you will get a reasonable response but if you having a bad morning don’t bring others down with you. I think they do a great job of servicing the locals and continuing to have my repeat business!

I went to the Whitehall branch to buy a gift card and ended up buying a bragel also. RUDE customer service! The employees only spoke to each other and said as little as possible to me. The comments about employees asking for tips at the drive through is true. As I waited for my bragel, the employee at the window immediately asked about a tip as soon as she opened the window. When my bragel was ready, it was thrown across the counter and employee yelled “Turkey Bragel!” No acknowledgement, no thank you. To top it off, my sandwich was lukewarm at best, the cheese was not even melted. Not a great start to the morning.

I ordered a frozen drink and it was like they didn’t blend it, whole chunks of ice cubes.
I’m very disappointed with my experience here in Whitehall.

We always use the drive thru. During the week, it is usually quick. On Saturday mornings, it is usually a longer wait. My order has always been correct to my knowledge.

DO NOT GOTO BIGGBY IN WHITEHALL OR NORTH. MUSKEGON! The workers act like there at some uncared for fast food restaurant and your there high school enemy. And every drink I get from this specific owners stores is absolutely trash. Disgusting I had to go Brooklyn bagels today after BIGGBY it was so gross. They hardly ever get your order right and are snotty. Highly recommend saving yourself a trip.
