I ordered the Honey, Cinnamon, Vanilla Latte. The coffee was underwhelming and very watery. The coffee flavor was muted and it primarily tasted of creamer and sweetener. The foam was pretty good but couldn’t make up for the coffee itself 🙁

Cute Lil coffee location, excellent service and quick even though they’re small. They had outside seating available during the summer, and are a great stop for something warm as we roll through winter.

The Latte is rich and creamy but the large one should have another shot in it it is not coffee tasting enough I had the egg cheese Bragel it was delicious and hot served very quickly. This is primarily a drive-through place but there are at least a good 14 seats outside in a nice outdoor seating area

I gave one less star than perfect only because of the parking and entrance situation.
I am from out of state so this is the first Biggby I have ever encountered. This particular one shares a parking lot with Spectators sports pub and grill. They are still working on creating a seamless entrance and exit with the spectators patrons.
The building has a walk up window with seating area in front of it, and there is also a drive around. Service is quick. I am a huge fan of cold brew and they delivered!

So cute!! Its a little drive through bigby with this cute van! The coffee was absolutely so good like always and the breakfast bagel was so so so good!! Super hot and made fresh! It’s always a little bit pricey and they are not super fast but the coffee and breakfast was really good!

This was my first time trying Biggby Coffee! Traveled from Chicago for a family vacation and this was the only negative experience about my trip. The customer service is terrible! The cashier was very unpleasant as she was acting as she was annoyed by our presence. We overlooked that but as my daughter ate her sandwich she noticed the middle of her sandwich was ice cold! I notified the staff and the girl who I told looked at me weird and said , “well, why did she eat it half way?” I’m like you can touch it since she was assuming I was lying. We spent almost $60 bucks and one sandwich was ice cold so of course it should be corrected without an attitude. When the replacement sandwich was brought out, the window was slammed shut after placing it on the counter with not even a thank you or an apology. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. This is touristy location so to think that’s the staff employed at this location is beyond me! Terrible first experience and would not recommend going unless attitude is your jam!

There was a squished bug on the inside of my cup which I didn’t see until I got halfway through my drink- I only noticed it coincidentally out of the corner of my eye through the hole in the lid. Very gross and almost feels like it was done on purpose?

Macrons are very airy & delicious . The coffee is very disappointing. I requested for a Expresso Macchiato, she suggested Latte & the end product was a milk drink. Requested for a black coffee replacement , they gave me a one. However, it wasn’t my taste.
