Filthy dirty nasty. I had to get my drink remade twice and it still wasn’t good. Full of coffee grounds, 3 ice cubes. When I went in after the 1st remake the coffee shop was filthy. Coffee grounds everywhere, old receipts on the ground. It was honestly the worst biggby I’ve ever been in. I know they don’t care it’s no lose to them but I won’t be giving my money to this location anymore. I’ll choose 7Brew across the street or Starbucks.

This location is great! The staff is friendly and have great energy. This location is clean and has a nice vibe to it. They have a good selection and have specialty drinks. They offer frozen, hot, and iced options. They also have a small selection of baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. The coffee shop also has a small merchandise selection of travel mugs, etc. They also have a nice seating area for those who want to just have a coffee and hang out. The best part is free shot Friday!

This is the 3rd time this location specifically has shafted me on the already over priced coffee. To call the store and complain is not an option and the phone rings and rings and then disconnects. Starbucks is close to getting all my business forever. Why? I need answers as how this is acceptable.

Stood in there for five minutes without so much as a hello or welcome to Big beat or will be right with you. When I was given the order I was required to put it in the bag. I asked for a drink carrier the lady was like “you can’t carry them” I said no I can’t carry three classes and two bags. Girls were exceptionally rude and irritated, they didn’t want their job. One drink was leaking when pointed out she said they do that some times. I explained it was leaking from the bottom of the cup. She assured me it wasn’t, now my seat is soaked with OJ. I used to love going here but now this place is disgustingly FILTHY. I said something to a barista. She threw her hands in the air and did NOTHING! I don’t care how busy you are. In a business with food and drinks, it had better be CLEAN. It truly was DISGUSTING! When I got there, there was ONE car in the drive thru. FIVE cars were waited on before I finally got my drink.The prices are going up constantly. Biggby has gone WAAAAAY downhill. I am SO disappointed.

Dont be on a time restriction. It seriously takes 25/30 minutes to get a drink. Every single time. That’s with being the first car in the drive thru. If there are cars in front of you, forget it.
