My mom and I have been going to this BIGGBY for years and it is hands down the best around!! We have tried Marshall a few times here and there and was left disappointed each time. Their coffee is subpar! The service at Albion is amazing! Ik my order is going to be great and I enjoy chatting with a few employees when they have a slow period! Avriana, Makenna, and Autumn are hands down our favorite!! They always are friendly, kind, and are excellent at what they do!!

Hello, i have been going to this location for quite a while. However recently there has been a few problems i’m having with this establishment. I order the same latte every time and somehow it always taste different and not like espresso or any flavorings. Also I have gotten just a cup of steamed milk twice in the past 2 weeks. I’ve included a picture of one i got today and again it taste bad and it barely brown meaning there is not the right amount of espresso or they used regular coffee instead of espresso. When im paying 7$ for a drink and waiting 5+ minutes for it I want it made correctly with out having to have it remade 3x. I understand some people are “new” and make mistakes but when its a constant problem is it a mistake or a lack of effort?

I visited this coffee shop. I’ll explain the good then the bad then possible improvements.
+1)The facility was clean.
+2) The service was fast.
+3) The staff was reasonably professional.
Now the criticism, We let them know it is our first time at Biggby. We asked if they had any suggestions, they had no suggestions for us.
-1) We would hope to see staff that’s enthusiastic to great new customers.
-2) We would hope to have staff that has a knowledge of the menu enough to make some suggestions.
(We decided to go with a basic chocolate mocha latte.)
-3) They charged $7 and change for 1 small coffee that tasted very burnt, with some cheap chocolate syrup.
It reminded me of cheap trucks stop coffee that’s been on the burner all night, it was to burnt and bitter to drink. We walked over to the gas station and got a cup of coffee for less then $3 that was bigger and tasted more like drinkable coffee.
The place was only had 1 other customer in the building which makes sense considering the following.
The building while clean was very small and had very little parking it’s not very easy to access so we parked in the next lot and walked over to the coffeeshop. so for this reason I’d say that
-4) access is a bit restricted because of lack of proper parking.
My main take away is that while the inside of the building was clean the product is not at all worth the cost.
Possible improvement suggestions would be
*1) teach staff to at least act enthusiastic and great customers more positively.
*2) ensure coffee is FRESH AND NOT BURNT.
*3) better buisness placement that allows better parking.
*4) PRICE ADJUSTMENTS or bring the QUALITY if the products up to meet the price.

Worst Biggby by far I have ever been to. Sat in the drive through line for 45 minutes. Watched 4 people come and go that were parked as I sat in the drive through line for 45 mins. By the time I got my stuff I have an iced coffee and it was already melting. Had a bagel, that was cold. 0/10 stars, do not recommend.

This is about the Albion Biggby location. First let me give you an idea of the situation. After the storms that passed through the area we had all power knocked out, which meant no water food or cooling during some of the hottest days of this year. Something cold to drink and a place to cool off was in order. The staff here was absolutely great not only were they helpful with food/drinks they even let me recharge the battery packs that provided light during the week long outage and provided water for the ride home. This location’s staff truly cares about the community and its customer’s. Im not sure if the owner knows what their employees did during this emergency but I want to let them know they have real heroes working for them. Thank you much for all you have done.

I’m from Colorado and I am visiting family, so thought I would try this cute coffee place. I had the vanilla latte and it was delicious. It was cold and cloudy outside, but warm and cozy inside and this was the perfect pick me up. Emma was a love, she made a great cup of coffee, and was super friendly. Great service and wonderful afternoon treat.

Slow, no sense of urgency, and just doesn’t seem as if they care that people are waiting on them, sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to take our order, just to have to get somebody’s attention, I ordered 1 coffee and proceeded to wait 15 more minutes after that just to get it, and then not to mention the rude unfriendly faces that you’re greeted with when you finally get to the window.
