The service was good and fast. They have a wide variety of flavors to add to their coffees. The bagel sandwich with cheese, bacon, and avocado was delicious. The only negative was the avocado was quite cold on the hot bagel. There is also a drivethru.

Update… I went back and they remade it. Color is right but has zero flavor. The girl who remade it was extremely nice about that and I appreciate that.
I’m visiting from out if state, my dad ran through the drive through to order me an iced matcha.
He comes back with it hot. When I opened the cup I could tell immediately this is the wrong drink. It looks like straight milk. I poured it over ice and chunks of matcha sank to the bottom. It was basically just a cup of hot milk. Extremely disappointing and not drinkable.

The drinks are fine, people are nice, although I order the same thing each time and have paid 3 different prices. Each time I go through the drive through, it has taken a ridiculously long time. It doesn’t matter if I’m the next person in line or 4th. Doesn’t matter if the the parking lot is empty. I have never been there for less than 15 min. Today, it was almost 30 minutes and people were getting out of line and leaving. They always manage to back it up to the street and then some. I will not be back. I don’t have that kind of time and there are other places to get coffee.

I get crème freezes everytime I come only thing I order I never had a problem until today girly just be new haven’t seen her before obviously didn’t listen when I was talking bc she handed me liquid lemonade drinks then when I corrected her she didn’t come back to window the amazing gentian with longer hair cashed me out handed my drinks. I never have a problem when it is the tiny girl and long haired guy they make sure my orders are correct. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes for two drinks with a dead drive thru and no inside customers !

We had a lil mix up with our drinks but the Manager took care of us right away and was super kind throughout the situation. Even when they were communicating to the rest of the team it was calm and constructive rather than immediate criticism. Overall I was impressed, especially on such a busy day.

Great Carmel Latte…skinny! First one I ever had and it was delicious 🙂 Prompt friendly service. Pleasant warm location. And the ERA adjoining office was pleasant and inviting. We grabbed our coffees and sat on the sofas in front of the fireplace and chatted for a couple hours. It was great 🙂
