Ordered a bagel wanted it extra toasted, waited for what seemed like 20 min, bagel came out hot, guy was happy. When all said and done the bagel wasnt toasted and when I walked in they all walked away laughing and smirking like they did something special. $7 for a sandwhich where all they have to do is toast it and microwave the meat shouldn’t be that hard. I ordered a spotted owl ($8+) with light sweetness, and the first one came out way too sweet. When I politely asked for a remake, the experience became extremely frustrating. After making the remake, all the baristas left the area, leaving my cup sitting at the window while the only staff member (window girl) remaining worked on a pastry, even though the drive thru was backed up with cars. The staff who remade my drink seemed annoyed, and the window girl even apologized to them, as if I had done something wrong for coming back.
Mistakes happen, that’s understandable, but being rude or deliberately making a customer wait is not acceptable. If you work at a coffee shop, handling order corrections politely and efficiently should be standard. A simple, friendly remake is all it would have taken to resolve the situation. I hope this feedback encourages the team to improve their customer service and treat customers who return for corrections with respect
Last but not least, They asked if I wanted to leave a tip on my card, which honestly felt a little rude. This isn’t a full service restaurant where staff depend on tips, and it puts customers in an awkward spot. I’m glad I said no, especially after how the situation was handled later, it would’ve been really disappointing to tip for that kind of attitude

Overall Not happy with the inconsistent drink quality as well as the customer service at this location…..(some baristas are good others are… Noticably apathetic and moody to say the least…it’s off putting)
I also don’t like being asked if I want to tip them on my card either…. Maybe they can have a sign that tips can be added to the card so customers don’t have to be asked and put on the spot in front of all the employees…. Should be customers choice to reward a tip for great service not an obligation or request… Especially after inconsistent service…
I find myself driving further for other options instead of stopping at this location.

I love this place because they always make my drinks perfect, the drive-through is rarely busy and if it is they move through fast. They are extremely friendly and allow me to call in my order ahead of time for pick up, for when I am running late. I pass 2 Biggby‘s to get here from my home and it is the only when I go to now.

You shouldn’t have to go through a drive thru and be hassled about leaving a tip. I will not go here again, if I want to leave a tip I will say that. You shouldn’t have someone at the window taking cards and asking if I want to leave a tip. Then when I say no I get a dirty look. I bought a small drink and a brownie, do better.

Why are the toasters shut down at 6 pm when you close at 8 pm? Please advertise this outside or online. There was entirely too much whipped cream on my latte, and I love whipped cream. It was running down the side of the cup, and it was a mess to clean up in my car, and it was all over my shirt. The girls were sweet, which made the experience better.

Every time i go to Biggby my coffee tastes like milk more than coffee. I don’t know why I’m paying coffee prices for a cup of milk. Also, every locations prices are different. Horrible coffee, Starbucks is better and cheaper.
