Went to get some coffee an hour before close according to Google and the sign on their door.
Someone had their car parked in front of the drive through speaker and they refused to move. We inched forward, flashed our brights, and honked. They looked at us in the mirror and didn’t respond.
I tried to go into the lobby and the door was locked. There was an employee visible inside who refused to look towards the door when I knocked, loudly and repeatedly.
Seems like they decided stop people from ordering but still get paid.
They’ve messed up our order at this location multiple times as well.

Always excellent customer service. Tried their Green Matcha tea for the first time. It was excellent. I would ask for a drop of sugar or honey next time for added sweetness, but I’ll definitely be ordering that again. Its delish!!

I got overcharged. Told me my drink was 7 dollars and change but I only received 10.95 back i noticed later that day. I gave the guy a twenty dollar bill. The drive through workers also ask for tips, which is a little weird
