A few times I’ve been to the Cooper st location and each time they are rude and both times I’ve gotten charged for a 24oz coffee and they gave me a 20oz coffee & the coffee is never hot I was so excited to get a biggby right down the street but they been nothing but a disappointment I’ll continue going across town maybe the Cooper st employee’s can take a field trip there and learn the size of the coffee cups and how to say good morning or hows your day instead of having the nerve to ask for a tip when you just gave me the wrong size cup and cold coffee

Always excellent customer service. Tried their Green Matcha tea for the first time. It was excellent. I would ask for a drop of sugar or honey next time for added sweetness, but I’ll definitely be ordering that again. Its delish!!

Our time spend in line is rarely over 5 minutes, even with a full line. Reasonably priced, and we’re often sent BOGO coupons in the mail for our drinks. Also the donut holes here are excellent.

The coffee is usually good when they get the order correct and the ladies are great. Why do they ask for a tip before the order is even complete? I am usually a good tipper but being asked for a tip before they even make my drink really gets me. I try to avoid the cooper street location for this reason. Get my drink right and I will tip you generously but don’t ask for a tip it is rude..plus if I say no are you going to mess up my order?
