If you order a 24 ounce hot you will actually get something closer to 16 ounces don’t know they leave so much room for cream. Doesn’t even matter if you ask for none. Every. single. time. Its short. I even measured it at home to see if I was justified in my frustration 16oz on the dot.

Good Wi-Fi. They had boba which I loved. Bagel was yummy. They are inclusive toward the LGBTQ community but have horrible customer service. Spent a few hours working on laptop. No music for atmosphere. Just listening to staff and manager loudly goof off, gossip and complain. The huge sit down area is always empty. Just felt uncomfortable dining in.

My children and I visited this location today. One of my children is lactose intolerant and requested a milk substitute. We were then told the drink they ordered, Caramel Marvel, did not have dairy, after requesting to use a milk substitute. I am highly disappointed to know the workers at the Fawn River BIGGBY do not care about their customers.

My boyfriend and I both got very sick after drinking coffee from here today. They told my boyfriend that the drink he ordered doesn’t have dairy and refused to change it to almond milk. We looked up the nutrition facts and it does have milk in it. I don’t have any allergies and am also very sick.
