This morning I arrived at Biggby at 9:19. There was only two people in front of me. I have waited in line for over 45 minutes to receive two bagels and one drink. I watch the ladies in the drive-through make tons Of drinks for the cars behind me only for them to sit for more than 10 to 15 minutes. They messed up my order and I know the people behind me. Drinks were COLD from sitting so long. I brought my concern About how long this took nicely and the drive-through lady with long dark super curly hair and was very rude she said oh..well sorry and slammed the window shut. I regret coming to Biggby and I will never be a customer at that location again. The rude lady is what did it for me!

They put the cream cheese on my bagel. There’s half of the bagel with no cream cheese on it. I’ve never seen this in my life. Please don’t do this give me my own cream cheese.

The lady working the inside counter was slamming stuff down and the other 2 were just standing there , it took me 10 mins to get 2 drinks however the drinks were good but the overall experience is why I only use one specific biggby and that’s the gull road location

My favorite Biggby location! Biggby is way better than Starbucks or any other cookie-cutter coffee chain. This location especially does an excellent job at getting orders correct and in a timely manner. Prices are what you’d expect, but I think they’re more economical than their competitors. The coconut beach cream freze is my absolute favorite, and they make it perfectly. The staff are all so kind and hard working. I greatly appreciate that! See you soon!

The sweetest experience I’ve ever had going through a drive-thru. The woman who took my order was incredibly friendly, thorough, and had a cute personality. I even turned to my wife and said “that was the smoothest order I’ve ever given” right after I ordered over the little speaker system thing. The coffee was incredibly yummy and well made. Bring Biggby to Colorado!

2025 Edit – Had to knock two stars off the original review. Seems like they’re watering down their black coffees. This is the third time I’ve had this across two different locations in the past month, so it appears to be a new practice to try to stretch profits with all the market volatility. Very disappointed as Biggby had been my preferred place for coffee

We love Biggbys! Look for them even while traveling. Love our Texas Twp, location. Great employees and service. Get yourself a BIGGBY Card and get a free beverage after 10 buys, the add up fast. Oh, and the coffee is great, too!

Had long line of cars so I went into lobby. I’ve always preferred Biggby over Starbucks because you self-serve out of their decanters. No more apparently. Had to wait for barista 5 mins for 10 second pour. What ever happen to a “great customer experience”?

During COVID I gave this place a five star review. They were doing great with their protocols and cleaning . But since they opened up, their policy is to serve walk in customers first and not go every other with the drive thru. This is a direct quote from an associate. The owner should think about changing this protocol.
