Location does not have a drive through. When I got my frozen coffee it had a flat lid making it feel like I didn’t get the usual amount of whipped cream on top and wasn’t provided a straw, however they did have some off to the side, but they weren’t the wider straws for frozen drinks and I discovered that it had a hole in it making it difficult to drink.

I ordered a Pear-adise drink which I have had a dozen or more times. This time it was absolutely gross. There was no flavor. When I talked to both servers because I couldn’t even drink it they insisted they made it right. Lately I’ve dealt with nothing but rude staff here at the west main Biggby. The only reason I come here is because they offer their own bogo. But honestly it’s not even worth it. West main used to be a great store now I would recommend people to the biggby in Mattawan 15min away. The environment and the drinks are 1000% better at Mattawan. Hope this review saves some people from the rude staff and gross drinks.

As someone who has multiple allergies to foods, Biggby as a whole has been a good place to eat, but this location has repeatedly had issues with items being out of stock, getting orders incorrect, and today, even after discussing my dairy allergy with the barista and requesting almond, I was served dairy milk with my drink, which was very disappointing.

The staff are very nice and friendly and I am in no way trying to be rude to them specifically! But coming from an ex barista.. they need to make sure specifically at this location that they are double checking if customers want there drinks iced, frozen or hot. It’s EVERY TIME I am here that people are getting angry multiple times because their drinks are made wrong. It is not that hard to ask customers at the register how they want their drinks to double check. So much product is being wasted at this point from this

I had a DoorDash delivery order to pick up and I stated so to the employees but they never told me when the order would be ready. I sat and waited for 15 minutes. The entire time the order was already done and the employees never said anything to me even though they saw me waiting. It was a waste of my time and customer to which I had to deliver it to. Terrible customer service from the two young ladies in there. Simply disrespectful.

They were slam busy and the team rocked out the specialty drinks as fast as possible. Clearly, they do not have enough people for the shift because it was quite a wait, yet oh so worth it for that first sip of ahhhhh, yum. I met friends for coffee on a Saturday and it seemed the norm, as the regulars seemed used to the wait.
