I have never had such a rude drive through experience. As I was ordering after each item the tenant would say “Is that all?” And each time they sounded more and more annoyed that I was ordering more(two drinks and a bagel). I got to the window and gave my coupons(3) and she looked at them, then at me like I was crazy and rolled her eyes as she entered them and tossed each to the side of the register. I asked for the new total and she sighed, looked at the register and told me. I asked her name and she told me. I don’t want to embarrass her on here but can give feedback if someone reaches out. Horrible morning experience when I was very much looking forward to my coffee.

Friendly staff, and I like that this location repeats your order back when they hand it to you (this is not standard for all Biggby’s). I’m diabetic, and absolutely require sugar-free syrups in my lattes. The sugar-free mocha sauce at Biggby tastes so good that it’s sometimes difficult to tell whether or not the batista got your order correct; I’ve had issues at the Gull Road location, but never here.
I higy recommend the iced sugar-free mocha mocha latte, but beware: this is not a low-calorie drink.

Second time this has happened to me, but I went and ordered the Honey Cinnamon Vanilla Matcha with Oatmilk, but received a Honey Cinnamon Vanilla COFFEE instead. Didn’t realize it until I got to work and called the store to tell them about my order, only for somebody to answer and act like I didn’t have a reason to call and complain. They wanted me to COME BACK and get it remade. When I told them that I was at work and that wasn’t possible, they replied, “okay?” No longer going to Biggby on the way to work. I guess Starbucks will now get my business.

I love this coffee shop. The employees are always nice and very fast. They’ve never messed up my order. The drive-through situation is a little funky. Because the drive-thru is shared between two businesses, you have to be careful not to accidentally block any space for the other business.

I went there this morning at like 6:50/7 am ish, I just moved here from a smaller area and the girls this morning were great. My sandwhich was cut in half?? I don’t know if that’s a bigby standard or if my location back home was lacking but I was AMAZED by that. And my mock tail tasted different than usual, which is outstanding it’s so much better than my normal location. The 2 girls that were working did so well with making my items and I’m definitely coming back. The little things matter and this place definitely made it a great experience enjoying my food, they for sure deserve a performance bonus!❤️

No criticism of the crew that works here whatsoever, the product itself is just not really my cup of Joe. I don’t like Starbucks a whole Hell of a lot, either. The price isn’t quite right, imho.
But it’s always clean when I stop in. The layout is super cozy. I like the colors of the interior.
The crew aren’t rude or anything. I’m sure anything ordered could be made to customer specifications.

I visited this biggby on south westnedge in portage mi on veterans day 2022. I was treated with so much respect & honor. Thank you for supporting veterans! They even gave my son, who is not a veteran a free coffee, plus a coupon for me to get a specialty drink. I believe it may have been the owner of this franchise, so he would have had that authority to make that decision. Just wanted to let you know, you made my day & I’m very appreciative of what you did. It may have been just a coffee, but it is those little things that mean more!! Thank you again for your support!! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!! Highly recommend this location!!

Got coupons from this location last week only to be told that they don’t even work at this store; I’d have to go to Lansing to use them. Then, he insisted that I did not get the coupons from them and he was treating me as if I were lying to him. I haven’t left the city in over a month so there’s no way for me to obtain them elsewhere. I only go to this location and the one on stadium by campus. The older man at the drive thru seems very not understanding and made me feel stupid. While talking to me he would make rude facial expressions. Extremely disappointed because I come here most days out of the week.
Update: Found out from another location that his name is Raj and that my coupons should be honored at all locations (so this one included). So he was being rude and gave me a hassle for no reason. Will not be coming back unless he is not there.

Sadly my coffee didn’t taste great. My wife ordered a salted caramel and it tasted bad, she couldn’t even finish it. Probably should have returned them, but I was already at home. I expect a better cup of coffee for $6 each.

If you like lattes that taste more like coffee than the flavor then this is a great coffee shop for you. I’m one of those heathens who like more sugar and flavor than coffee so they’re lattes always taste to strong to me. But they’re frozen drinks are great and with an added shot of flavor the hot lattes are great.
