First time in this particular location. The coffee was good (cold brew, just black) and the service was friendly and quick. They seems to move through orders pretty quick. I also liked how there were plenty of table so there was plenty of options to sit and enjoy your drink va having to gulp in down in the car. One downside is that I almost missed the location since it wasnt on the shipping center sign, but that just may have been my fault.

We go here often, almost always order the same thing. Today our Bragels tasted off, kinds dry. Upon opening our sandwiches we noticed we barely had the cream cheese on them. First time this has ever happened but we were definitely disappointed as it’s a favorite of ours.

Very consistent bad experiences at this one from drinks not being prepared right and tasting bad to the service. Consistently 2 times slower than any other location we go to (west Lansing). We often order two of the exact drink and one tastes like burnt coffee the other is mixed right. We keep plastic spoons in the car and stirring does help a bit. Staff seems to be trained different than just the one down the road. When we finally did speak up about our order there was no apology and instead eye rolling with little words.

As far as coffee chains go, Bixby is near the top of the list. The cold brew never disappoints, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming as you’d expect from a coffee shop. The only downfall is the extensive line at the drive-through.

I prefer biggby over Starbucks, no contest. This location is the best on this side of town. Consistent drink, taste and size. I like my coffee as close to ice cream as I can get it for reference. I’m sure the plain black coffee is good too, but, you’ll have to read someone else’s review for that.

I was there about 430 pm at this Biggby. I placed 3 orders. Outnof the 3 orders 2 of the drinks where in correct and horrible. The young lady was rude and she whispered ro her coworker making fun of us. Over priced drinks. Bad. Customer service.
