my girlfriend ordered from here and it got delivered to the wrong place, when they called the store to ask for a refund or for it to be redelivered they were told the store couldn’t do either, they spent over $30 and only got $7 back and no redeliver. the store was unprofessional and did the bare minimum to “fix” the mistake. as well as the awful service, the food was extremely overpriced, they got a bagel sandwich and im pretty sure that was all. extremely disappointing, ive never personally tried it and i most likely never will

So I have to give this place all the credit in the world to this establishment. They always have the very best staff. At this point, they are more the reason I go. They make the whole trip worthwhile. They do make fantastic drinks, and donut holes are also amazing. So yes, I highly recommend this establishment.

This is not a good product. They over-roast the beans and add a ton of syrup to mask poor quality coffee, so you’re left with something that tastes like cigarette ash and corn syrup.

Extremely disappointed with the way this staff has represented itself to this community. Very unprofessional and makes me wonder if they have been held accountable for their immature public slandering the employees have publicly posted to the small local businesses and having their friends associated with them do the same. Love BOGO Wednesdays! Frozen coffee drinks are good but lack COFFEE flavor. Not locations fault…ergo 5 star! Consistent though! Great variety of drinks to chose from! Drinks are pretty close to description!

The baristas we’re very nice, but I’m bit disappointed. We paid 16 dollars and some change for two drinks that tasted like they were cut 50/50 with hot water which is strange because I asked for a shot of espresso in my chai latte along with extra chai concentrate. It’s not even just a Biggby brand problem, it’s this location. Every other location makes their drinks far more potent, especially when specifically asked.

Not a huge fan of this location. Their drinks are always too sweet or not sweet enough. I could order the same thing every time and it always tastes different. Today I brought a “free iced coffee” coupon that showed they were a participating location and they refused to accept it since they “weren’t approved by them”. I just never have the greatest experience here.
