Grace made our whole entire day! Who knew stopping in for a quick coffee could brighten all of our spirits so incredibly. We live an hour and a half away but I would come back every day for Grace. Since I’m there almost every day, most of the staff already know me, and I’ve gotten to know many of them as well—Rachel Applin, Amber Clark, Harper Dodge, Amanda, Lexi, and especially Meika. Many of them take the time to remind me about promotions and explain the details. Meika, in particular, not only informs me about promotions but also goes the extra mile by reaching out to others if she doesn’t know the answer. I truly enjoyed shopping with them this summer and had a great experience. That’s why I’m happy to write this comment for Rachel and the team—they are genuinely kind and helpful people.

Susha went out of her way to read the artificial sweetener in the sugar free flavor I was inquiring about. She was very helpful and kind along with her beautiful smile. My friend and I sat down and the next thing I knew she brought our drinks to our table. The hot drink was made perfectly. It was a soothing drink on a cold day. My friend and I try to meet at this Biggby every week as we live outside of Lansing. I on the West side and she on the East side. We have been meeting here for years and have had many pleasant experiences. It’s our favorite Biggby. Sometimes we meet near her her town and sometimes near my town. They are good places too. Very friendly places.

Let me start by saying the staff here are the best!! Heather C., Rachel, and Heather B are usually there in the mornings when I go in, and they always make me feel right at home. They are so kind and friendly! They really seem tonlike their job and that make the whole experience worth waiting, even when they are really busy. Those girls deserve a raise!!!
