I had someone go pick my coffee up for me. They partially filled it and didnt add everything selected (paid extra for topper, etc.) Being confused about an order is okay, especially when I’m not there to clarify- but I paid $5 for a cup of coffee filled 3/4 of the way full. Heres my order and heres what it showed up as- not a single drink out of it at the time of taking the picture.

The service here is average at best. There’s always a long wait time, even during slow periods, which is frustrating. Employees rarely greet you with a smile and often seem bothered to have customers. Honestly, it’s easier to order through DoorDash—when it’s actually available. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and efficiency.
