Updated post: The drinks and staff have improved. It can still take a while to get your order, no matter the amount (or lack) of customers. More importantly (to me), the drinks’ taste and flavoring are more accurate.

I love me some biggby coffee. I always order a TANLINE it is Vanilla and carmal mixed, blended with ice, and I always have them add some cool whip in it when they blend it and it comes on top too … deff way better than a carmal frappee from mcdys

Love me some Biggby. I can order a 24 oz Hot Caramel Marvel with almond milk and 1 extra shot of espresso because of the size. I don’t mind the extra flavor kick but you can always get a shot of Zip instead which is a flavorless caffeine boost. Don’t forget to keep the whipped cream.
Also a good option is the frozen Caramel Mellow with extra drizzle (pictured below).
They have a decent rewards program getting the 13th drink free. I’ll usually go all out and order the most expensive option. oh and they usually advertise BOGO in local circulars which is so convenient if you’re having a kid date.
Also on Tuesdays from 2-4 it’s 50% off. Don’t know how long this will be going on but I love the baristas at the Center Rd location.

I just love BIGGBY! One of my favorite coffee shops. My favorite are the crème freeze’s! I got the Banana Berry crème freeze and it was truly amazing! The staff here at this location are friendly & it wasn’t a long wait for my drink. Highly recommend this location!

I called the store about my DoorDash order 3 times. I messaged the dasher and he said that he was already on his way here. Then when the dasher hands me my orders I don’t get no straws. This is poor service. Biggby needs to fix the ordering status on DoorDash so you can order it the way you want it. I didn’t want all the expresso in my coffee I also wanted the whipped cream blended in the ice but they could pick up the phone so I could tell them how I wanted my drink.

Great to see a local Michigan company doing so well. Hands down best red bull freeze. Service is always great and the staff is always amazing and take pride in what they do. Great prices for what they offer. Keep up the good work and and keep making some amazing drinks.
