Always been great. People are nice. Only problem is it doesn’t seem like they have everything from the menu on the website

Don’t use this location. The order is always wrong. I tasted drink before driving away to make sure it wasn’t messed up like last time but then when I got home bragel was all wrong. Thought I could just take everything off and eat bagel but it was too burnt. Just avoid.

Definitely love the friendliness of the locations staff. New to working in the area and it’s a great place. If you like white mocha, I recommend the white lightening cold brew.

Bagel sandwiches are amazing. Constantly out of pumpkin spice, drives me crazy cause I don’t buy a lot of coffee…maybe double order your supply? Lol. Oh well, alternatives are more than satisfying.

Drinks are inconsistent and the tip culture here is a joke. They always ask if you’d like to leave a tip and if you decline most of them get an attitude. On Christmas Eve they literally had a note on the window reading “we don’t get holiday pay so please feel free to tip!!!” What a joke. The owners need to step up and offer holiday pay instead of having the employees pass the burden on to customer who are already paying an arm and a leg for their drink. Plenty of margins in their coffee and specialty drinks for them to take care of their employees.

2 stars for good service. I’ve ordered 3 coffees here on 2 separate occasions, one hot in the winter and two iced in summer. The first coffee tasted real cheap and old, but I thought that was just because they were about to close. Then I ordered an iced coffee which had the same watered down look and taste to it, so I ordered another in a different flavor and it was the same. Idk I feel like it’s not that hard to make a good coffee. The iced coffee flavor syrup board you can hold to look at and choose has all these crazy names, front to back, top to bottom. And all 50 of them consist of the same 7 syrups just randomly put together under a coffee name. I thought that was cool and diverse at first until I realized they’re all actually the same and taste equally gross and cheap, or maybe it’s the coffee quality itself. Never tried the food, looks good!

This place takes a long time to do orders. Expect to wait about 5 min per car. And all the employees are very bold and rude asking for a tip every time you pay them. You do not expect your tips, when given you show gratitude, not show a smug look when I say I’m not tipping you on a drink that costs 6 dollars for you to add a few ingredients in a big cup and press a button. Every time I go, they greedily ask for tips.

Came in with my girlfriend and our 7 yeae old daughter. We received Poor service, and poor food. Ordered two blood moons, two chorizo bagel sandwiches, and one turkey harvati sandwich. Came to $30 plus $3 tip so not cheap. Baristas seemed passive aggressive, non chalant and uninterested in being there.

Both drinks tasted like the Barista over pumped them with syrup. It was not good, tasted very syrupy and sweet. The sandwiches were made right atleast but they were basic.. nothing spectacular.

I was actually disappointed in the new menu item called the chorizo bagel sandwich. Meat was very thin and it didn’t taste that good. Sandwich did not look like the picture that was posted up in restaurant. In the picture meat looked bigger and more flavorful.

I’m not sure if the workers had a problem with us but we are always very friendly, easy going, and never rude. I even gave them a tip and they still made our drinks wrong. Didn’t even say your welcome after I said thank you.

They should hire new workers who atleast have good customer service skills, who can make a drink right and are atleast interested in being there.

4/10 would not recommend. I will not be back since I did not feel welcomed here

Got a bagel and coffee because Dunkin had a big line in the way to work, drive through basically ask for a tip. I’ll never go back to a place that ask for a tip on drive-through or carry-out and makes it awkward. I’ll go to Tim Hortons or Dunkin next time
