By far the BEST Biggby I have ever been too. Every single worker there is so incredibly friendly.. And for all my ocd people out there, you will not find a better assembled sandwhich.. Every bite is the exact same, iykyk.. There’s a real luxury in not having to reassemble your sandwich while going down the road. You can just tell they put care into their work.

Service was impeccable. Cashier was super friendly. The order was correct, but lacked flavor. For transparency I ordered a 20oz dark chocolate hot chocolate. It almost didn’t seem warm enough and it tasted watered down. Definitely wasn’t the experience I have known to expect from Biggby. This is my first visit to this particular location. The service would make me want to come back for sure. But today’s cocoa order would have me second guessi guessing.

i’ve nearly always had a good experience here- i stop in almost every morning before work. the employees are always super friendly and helpful, but recently there’s been a newer group of employees (an older lady i’ve noticed the most) who takes forever to get the order ready, even when i’ve made a mobile order, and will still mess up my drinks. i’m hoping the problem will be solved soon, maybe she’s still learning? but it’s been a little disappointing recently.

Brand new drive-thru store right in the Meijer parking lot! Super convenient. This was my first time trying Biggby’s, ordered a large Strawberry Chai smoothie for $8 and a small hot cocoa for my son for $5. Prices are a little high if you don’t have a coupon. But the drinks I tried are really good.

Wow! This is an excellent Biggby! By far, it’s the best one in the area. The coffee is delicious, but what truly stands out to me is how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff are. They are so SO nice, and really seem to have the customer’s best interest in mind. Always a great experience here! Conveniently located almost in the parking lot of Meijer, too! Plus, the actual building is super cool looking. A+ all around.

Sarah is EXCEPTIONAL at her job! She is so genuine and always knows what my order is before I even tell her! She is efficient, yet so personable every time I see her, and I can tell that the training she provides the new staff ensures that they will learn to have the same qualities when they are on their own. I enjoy seeing her when I come to the drive-thru, as I know that my order will always be correct, and be greeted with a smile and warm presence.

I just cannot say enough great things about this place! Of course the coffee is great but the service, it’s just phenomenal! I’ve posted before about how great they were with my daughter and I, well I recently went through and my card wasn’t reading and the lady didn’t even hesitate or slow down and just told me it was on her that time and let me go, every single time without fail their service impresses me!
