A couple of days ago, I visited a charming boba shop that left a lasting impression on me. As I walked in, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The store itself was immaculately clean, with a bright and inviting atmosphere that was enhanced by the delightful background music playing softly. I decided to try their coffee, and it was nothing short of fantastic — rich and flavorful, it truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely go again

I gave them a try….Horrible experience.
They don’t know how to make coffee. Ordered 2 cappuccinos to go, We received lattes instead (soo much more milk!). When we called to share our concerns, the “mgr on duty” was extremely rude, cocky, and ignorant. He refused to let us speak to a store manager, or provide any other assistance, and insulted us on top of everything! I reached out to the store & corporate to give them the opportunity to fix this, but they refused to offer a fair resolution, even after they agreed with me.
I regret giving them a chance :/

Stopped in to try for the first time since we are visiting family! Everyone was so incredibly sweet and provided recommendations. I got the chocolate covered leprechaun which is delicious and even got a free shot for free shot Friday! And they had a trivia question to answer – how fun! Hope to be back before the end of the trip to try a red bull mocktail.

I had an exceptional experience here at Big B coffee best day of my life to be honest because of Jessica she made me smile. Giggle, laugh, crack up tears of joy and chuckle at times. She even made sure to put four ice cubes like I asked. So patient and very kind. I will be back because of this experience with this worker.

I love Biggby coffee. They have sooo many different drinks to choose from. The baristas are always so friendly and helpful. It is a great space to hangout or run in real quick. I also love that they promote small businesses by allowing them to setup tables on certain days.

I am usually a Starbucks girl but lately I have been loving Bigby! I placed an online order for the pretzels bites which unfortunately they did nnot have but they were so awesome to offer a great alternative! I highly recommend this place!

Very good service! The baristas helped recommend a drink and made the drinks very fast. We had 4 drinks and 3 food items, when they called out our first drink I assumed just one drink was ready but then she called out the rest of our drinks, I think they are wizards they did it so fast. We enjoyed our drinks and bagels very much.
