My first experience with Biggby and the coffee was good. The food is not so, I got the vegan bagel and it was bland. The staff were nice and welcoming and the cafe was clean. Would go back for the coffee but not for the food

My sister and I just got a coldbrew here, and the lady who took our order was so nice. By her voice you could just tell that she really likes her job. She also took the time to make our drinks perfect, even drawing out a little dinosaur on top of it with the caramel and chocolate which was pretty cute. The drinks here taste wonderful, and the place is very pretty

UPDATE: I’ve stopped here a couple of times recently because it was the only one on the way to my destination and I decided to take my chances. I’ve noticed they no longer ask for the tip upfront, which has taken the pressure off the customer, and I honestly tip better because of it. They’ve regained my business when I’m in the area. Upped my stars rating because of this.

If you’re going to ask for a tip before even making my coffee, maybe you could have enough courtesy to at least drop a fake “have a nice day” once I get it. I normally tip $2 per drink, today I tipped $1, because a nearly $8 – 20 oz coffee (after $1 tip) is crazy in general and not exclusive to Biggby obviously, but to pay that AND get crappy service? Never again. Had I said “no thanks” to adding the tip upfront, they probably would have spit in it. Learn some customer service girl.
I recommend going to any other location, at least their smiles and friendly manner don’t depend on your tip.
Owner, I’ve seen your response to others who complained for any reason, including the tip – so let me save you some time. My complaint IS about the service, not the tip. As you said to another reviewer, “it’s customary in the United States” and we don’t have to participate, but when it’s asked up front and they feel entitled to it, how are your customers not supposed to feel pressured to do so?

I have had my Favorite Coffee Drinks and look forward to making it there on a regular basis. The Employees are Kind, Considering and make sure you feel comfortable as if you are their Special #1 Customer when you in do know they have more. Love It!!

We love Brownstown Biggby!! Today our family of 11 went there for coffee/breakfast! Despite our huge order, the service was quick and the food and drinks were delicious! Our Barista Maddie S and her Brewmates kept our order organized and got it out to us quickly! We will be back again this week!

Hands down the best Biggby location! I usually place my order through the app and it’s always ready when I pull up. Baristas are amazing here.. they give great drink suggestions (if you’re unsure or feel like trying something new), pup cups for the fur babies, quick, clean, friendly, and consistent.

My girls already KNOW who I am when I pull up through the drive thru! I won’t go to any other Biggby locations, but this one! My coffee is always spot on and I am BIG on customer service and these girls all deserve a raise! My Caramel Marvel with the extra shot of espresso is a MUST try… on ice that is!
