I ordered 2 iced coffees. On one of them, I wanted to make a few changes to. The one with the changes, they didn’t even follow any of the details and I got it hot. The other one, tasted terrible. And when I called to get a refund or 2 free coffees on my next visit, they didn’t even answer the phone. Extremely frustrating considering I paid $15 for 2 coffees.

My caramel marvel had a ton of coffee grounds in it. I’m not local, and was just stopping by, so, I guess I’ll just have to drink as is. The last time I was passing thru and stopped here, my latte had a pretty large piece of bacon in it.

I love Biggby coffee and have been a fan since my college days in East Lansing when they were called Beaners.
This store is a half-mile from my house and offers fast service and NO WAIT compared to the S-Bucks down the road.
The barista this morning made me a nice little bit of foam art which I told her I would post online. Great job!

The young ladies are very rude. Cannot get the orders correct. Also, no dogs should be aloud in a dine in restaurant. Never heard of this before. Food should not be on the counter. I have been to other Biggby coffees and get treated with respect. Your girls give dirty looks to everyone. Very rude staff you have in Woodhaven location. Also other stores give out coupons.

The girls are absolutely amazing here, I went in for a coffee and bagel and they’re absolutely busy as I’m watching & they messed up a few times on my coffee (but I’m not picky I will literally drink everything) they offered quickly to fix it and handed me coupons. I love this location and the girls there are the best ❤️
