I wanted to try out their coffee because I drive past there all the time to go to work. So I ordered online to try to speed up the process so I could just grab and go and by the time I got to the coffee shop it was not done and I watched three cars go through the drive-through And still know indication that it was done so I got into the drive-through and they said it was almost done almost 20 minutes after ordering the coffee. I don’t know if it was just a one time thing, but if they want to keep my business, they need to speed it up when I order iteasily 10 to 15 minutes before arrival.

Got one of those fancy drinks the girlfriend gets instead of my usual black coffee and it was great. Breakfast food hit the spot- especially the turkey havarti on the everything bagel. Great stop to make before a busy day.

The coffee I chose to get was a 20 oz mint mocha. Then I picked up a breakfast waffle sausage, egg, and cheese. Wow the sandwich was a soft sweet maple waffle with great portion of egg and sausage and cheese that melted it all together. The drive through with the bank entrance was tight for my subaru crosstreck. But other than that it was really good. Customer service was perfect as well. Less than $13

I was a longtime customer of Starbucks until I tried Biggby, which recently opened in our town. I love the many flavor options Biggby offers. I have become a regular Biggby customer because the options are better and the coffee is not hyper sweetened like it is at Starbucks. However, The ONE thing Biggby fails at is competing with Starbucks rewards program. At Starbucks, you get a star for every dollar you spend. Doesn’t matter if the beverage is discounted, If you redeem a coupon, if it’s a Bogo, It doesn’t matter. Starbucks always gives you one star for every dollar spent. Biggby, on the other hand, does not. You only earn one point for every full priced beverage. So if I buy a $7 drink at Biggby, I get 1 point. If I buy a $7 drink at Starbucks, I get 7 stars. See where I’m going with this? I am honestly on the fence about who to be loyal to because I like BIGGBY COFFEE better, but Starbucks reward system is WAY better. And as someone who doesn’t have a lot of money to spend on expensive coffee beverages, I like being rewarded for where I spend my money. I get free beverages faster at Starbucks then I do a Biggby. Biggby might want to consider revising their reward system to be more competitive with Starbucks.

My husband, son, and I often stop by after dropping our older kids off at school and it is always a great way to start off our day. The staff is always very friendly and helpful – especially Susie and Jenna! We are always happy with our food and experience!
