The coffee, drinks, and food are always good. But the last 2 times I have came to this location it has taken 20+ min for a bagel sandwich. The people behind the counter are friendly but seem to have a lack of urgency and flow when it comes to managing the food preparation/output.

First time visit, there was only two other customers when I arrived (both seated already) I was asking about flavors and looking at the ‘menu’ and the worker pointed to a sign and said these are all the flavors. Ok. Continued to look at the menu, which has so many combos that looked sooo delicious I could have took an hour to decide! I went with the chocolate chip mint (leprechaun something or other) Staff said pick up over there and walked away. I sat down to wait because I wasn’t exactly sure where over there was. Few seconds later the other worker tossed a drink onto the counter and walked away. I looked around and no one else was waiting so I assumed it was mine, got it and left. The drink was large and full to the top. Flavoring was light, and I didn’t care for the baby chocolate chips but it was as advertised. The price for a large drink was almost $10 which is a little steep for me, most likely won’t be back unless I have some kind of coupon and I’ll probably get it through the app since I felt ignored inside as it was.

I lost my debit card in there lobby. I went back the next day and the lady behind the counter was so nice and gave me a huge smile when she found my card. This kind of customer service you don’t get to see anymore everyone is so nice when I go in. I will always go here for all my coffee drinks thank you so much.

BIGGBY has such a nice environment and friendly staff! I visit the one off of State Blvd in Fort Wayne since it’s close to where I work. Ordering drinks with foam on top usually means you also get a cute syrup drawing on top (Mandela, flower, etc)! Their donut holes have been fresh and very yummy. The rewards card is nifty and does not have any strings attached. Overall a great coffee shop!

Proximity made today’s visit possible. But frankly I would return if I lived in this area. Seemingly their profit comes more from sugared sweet treats and drinks, but with 4 coffee sizes and 6 varietals BC earns its namesake.
