I visited on October 21st, around three thirty in the afternoon in Avilla, Indiana. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped us, but she was phenomenal… so nice, so sweet… and made two fantastic drinks for us. I love Biggby!

I used to love them, they were always delicious. But the last few times the coffees were undrinkable. Tasted like they burnt the coffee. I always order frozen drinks, don’t know if that makes a difference. But won’t be going back for a long time, if ever.

BIGGBY COFFEE, in Avilla. Is the Best Place, to Stop & get a Coffee & Breakfast Sandwich! My Husband Loves, there Vanilla Bean, I Love there Caramel Marvel! They have Any Kind of Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate & Now Fall Drinks! You have to Try there, Hot Caramel Apple Cider! It is the VERY BEST, they have Drinks for Kids! Plus You can have just a Regular Cup of Coffee, You will Not be Disappointed to Stop & Give them a Try!

It was our first time going to Biggby’s, I never been to any in Indiana besides one of them in Michigan til tonight. Definitely recommend this drink: large iced caramel marvel! It’s good and they have lots of options, will come back to try other drinks as well! Excited that there’s another coffee place around!!

Stopped by one day when it was new and really enjoyed their selection. Now that I work early mornings, I’ve come to this place often to help get me what I need to wake up! The staff there have been nothing short of the nicest people that ever served me.

Owners have very little knowledge or experience, can order the same drink daily and it will come out different every time. Was hopping for a decent coffee shop when I heard about it opening but they clearly can’t keep people because it’s new people everyday and I’m certain it’s due to management and lack of professionalism. They also handle money without gloves and handle the food and drinks. Witnessed it on multiple occasions.

We got a 20oz iced mocha mocha, a 20oz banana berry smoothie and 2 sausage, egg and cheese bragels with a cheddar jalapeno bagel. Everything tasted amazing! We didn’t eat the bagels until 20mins after leaving the drive thru and they were still hot because of the foil wrapping which we liked very much. We went on a Sunday and the wait was really long because there was so many people, that’s my only complaint but that’s not something that can be helped. Every where has it’s days where they’re super busy. The girls were very nice and as quick as they could be.

I Wish I could do a 4.5. The staff is always super nice and friendly. I love that there is a coffee place in Avilla. The missing star is due to the amount of time it takes to get a drink. Not fast but not terrible. Thanks for the good service!
