I love this place.
Seriously the coffee is really good!
I get the caramel Marvel, frozen, with extra caramel and extra sugar. Its similar-ish to a caramel frappe from McDonald’s BUT they make it better and blend it correctly EVERYTIME (at McDonald’s its only made correctly like 35% of the time). The frozen caramel Marvel does have a stronger coffee flavor, I know most people arent drinking a frappe for the coffee but because its sweet and tasty but coffee here is really good its a nice addition. Try it seriously!

The people at Biggby are always so friendly!! I received my drink and got told, “Hope you enjoy your dog!” I was confused until I looked at my drink. They’re always so patient, and get things right every time! Awesome drinks and food. My favorite in town 🙂

I’ve not had a single bad experience here. Absolutely love the bagels and the sweet foam cold brews. Service is always friendly, and despite the lines that form in the mornings they still maintain a polite and kind demeanor. Would love to see some small additions to the bagel options, but overall I genuinely cannot complain. Such a great addition to Plymouth.

The frozen coffees and bagels are excellent but a little pricey. It is a drive through/ walk up location much like a checkers, but the main focus is coffee and bagels. I would recommend the frozen caramel Marvel, it is excellent.

The Biggby location in Plymouth was a great addition to the town!! There isn’t a time during the day or night when you won’t find this place busy! (In a good way). If you want to skip the drive thru line, there’s a convenient little window to order from with some outside sitting area during warmer season.

I went here with my grandma today and we had a very poor customer service experience. I ordered a large frozen cookies and cream with 2 shots of espresso and we each ordered a lemon muffin. When we get to the window she says the total is 17 something. We gave her 20 and we didn’t ask for the change. She gives us 2 large drinks and no muffins, when we point out that hey, we ordered one drink and two muffins she said oh we don’t have any lemon muffins. That would have been nice to know at the drive through where you actually place the order. Then she said sorry. That’s literally it. No offer of refunding the drink we didn’t order, no asking if we would like something instead of the lemon muffins. Literally nothing but a sorry. Usually when a service worker makes a mistake and gives you something you didn’t order they offer a refund and when you ask for something they don’t have in stock they ask if you’d like something different. My grandma is way too nice so she didn’t ask for the money back for the drink that she didn’t drink. But she shouldn’t have had to. They should have offered. If this is the level of customer service I can expect at biggby coffee I can confidently say that I will not be coming here again.

Absolutely amazing….. I had the sausage egg and cheese everything bagel. Needless to say it was the most amazing breakfast sandwich I ever had. We also got a frozen campfire latte and caramel marvel hot latte. Both amazing. This place is a must try.

While I love the premium tea latte I have to say you really need to memorize your order screen. I have been there multiple times and order the same thing reading it off of the menu and every time it is made wrong. Then they act like it’s my fault and tell me I need to get the app or word it this way or that. I’m literally reading it off the menu. Two stars for the great tasting tea but the service needs improvement.
