Very pleasant experience at this Biggby location. The ole lady had a hankering for an Iced Mocha Latte and after glancing at the menu I couldn’t turn down an Iced Spotted Owl. Fun little treat every now and again. The ladies working were kind and efficient. Had our drinks out in no time! It’s right across the street from Linton’s Enchanted Garden if you want a treat and walk combo

Great drink choices, and bagel sandwiches. I always enjoy my experience when I go to any of the local Biggby locations. This one has opened recently, and has lived up to what I have seen in the other locations.
With friendly staff, and great brewed coffee selection (for those who enjoy brewed coffee like me), they have won me over from the other big national chain.

I stopped last Sunday in the drive-thru. Two simple drinks (one of which was made wrong…didn’t get an apology) took an ungodly amount of time. Thought it was just an off day for them, so I tried again today. Fourth car in line, two simple drinks ordered again, and I finally had to just pull away after THIRTY MINUTES of waiting. And I still hadn’t even made it to the window!
There’s one of two things going on here: either the staff hasn’t received adequate training or there is a staffing issue. Either way, those things fall solely on the owner’s shoulders. They either need to take the time to train their staff members correctly or they need to ensure that they are staffed appropriate for busy days/times.
Also, stop making your workers ask if we want to leave a tip. It’s just a bad look.

Unreal. Used to be a good coffee spot. Just paid $4 dollars for a regular coffee, and gave a tip just to receive a room temp coffee. Tired of getting subpar drinks for greater than Starbucks prices. This location needs serious help…. I will not be back.
