After renting a car that didn’t have a charging system worth of crap, I saw this place and I knew I needed to stop. I was greeted happily and I got everything I asked for as if I was royalty. I was able to take a break and recharge my cell and I will be forever grateful for the hospitality.

Updating my original review: I have been visiting this Biggby pretty regularly as I get coupons nearly every week. The drinks here are very good with a huge variety of flavors, there is never any wait, and they move very fast. I have tried several types of coffee and tea and they have all been great and my daughter tried a creme freeze and liked it. The original review I left got responded to by the store saying they do sell cold brew – they were just out that day. The staff should’ve told me they were out versus we don’t have it – those are not the same thing to me. Good coffee place overall and I’m glad I started coming.
I had received a coupon in their app for 50% off a St Patrick’s Day drink. I had never been to Biggby before so I looked at their menu beforehand. Drove out there to find out they do not sell cold brew despite is being prominently all over the online menu for that location. Was disappointed. But I got something else and it was good. The service was fast and the employees were friendly. Cool building that used to be a bank. Neat way to be repurposed. Inside was cozy with lots of seating options.

Very fast service the only complaint I have is it taste a little burnt and for iced coffee the burnt taste is not very good but after a few drinks, I got used to it very strong. I am happy I will return, but it just tasted a little burnt, but I’m still giving you five stars. Service was good lady at the window was goodplace was looked happy and vibrant and my wife actually liked coffee.

I have to say I’m VERY disappointed in our service today. My family and I went inside to sit down and enjoy our drinks and sandwiches for the kids. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel NO cream cheese. First they forgot to make it and it took them well over 10 minutes until finally one of us went up to the counter. It wasn’t busy inside and there wasn’t anyone in the drive through lane. So finally when we got the sandwich, it was COLD and had cream cheese on it. So then we asked if it could get remade and additionally took another 10 minutes. I would understand if the establishment was busy but it wasn’t. Service was on the slower side and we were all extremely disappointed in how our order was given. Needless to say this will be the last time we go to the St. John location.

This is such a cute coffee shop! My goddaughter and I each bought cups, drinks, and breakfast. She said her coffee was too strong, but I loved my energy drink. The workers were friendly, and the store was clean. We’ll definitely be back.

biggby has easily become one of my favorite drink spots! i don’t even go to starbucks anymore, since finding this place. the baristas are always super friendly, quick, and efficient. i never have to worry about quality when it comes to this place. they have amazing matcha that is consistently delicious each time! def recommend this place, especially if you like matcha.

This has been my favorite coffee place for the past few years. We’ve tried other places, but we always come right back to Biggby! There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff are always welcoming and polite! Every drink is full of flavor without being overly rich/sweet or strong – you really get what you’re paying for. I also love the rewards; I visit so often, I can’t count how many free drinks I’ve had so far! I’d rather see more Biggby stores around than the more “popular” coffee shops

I’ve given this location so many chances but the one woman always has an attitude like she hates her job. She’s even talked to me about the people in the car in front of me before. Very rude. Cedar Lake location is 100x better.
