Staff is great, especially Megan. I wish the owner would fix the front door. It hasn’t closed tight since November. The lounge area is clean and tidy, the bathroom is dirty. It could use a thorough cleaning. And not just the sink and toilet.

This is THE BEST biggby. Lemme tell you ’bout this biggby. The staff? ALWAYS chipper and super delightful. The bragels? ALWAYS hot and crispy. Even the customers here are always super friendly! I drive by two other biggbys on my way to work and still go out of my way to visit this one instead. Worth it!

They always get my order wrong. I thought it was because I’d come a lot in the super early morning hours but I’ve come a few times in the afternoon and they still don’t get it right. My orders aren’t very complicated at all. It’s disappointing.
