The coffee and food are great, and I really enjoy the quality here. My only feedback is about being prompted to leave a tip when ordering through the drive-through. It can make some customers feel uncomfortable or pressured, which might discourage future visits. I think the experience would be even better if the tipping prompt (or the question about adding a tip to the card) were removed for drive-through orders.

A regular Biggby patron. Been so happy these locations have been popping up as a welcomed alternative. This location happens to be one of the last, easily accessible, locations prior to hitting the Indiana boarder as I’m traveling that way for work. The folks at this location were super friendly at the crack of dawn, can’t ask for more.

The location is a bit odd & so is the entrance to it. I entered from the exit side since I was going left, perhaps investing in actual signs to let customers know.
5 dollars for this bagel, literally looks sad & depressing. It’s my first time trying this since they finished building one in the Oakley area by the freeway entrance. The coffee was their limited putty nutty ? Not sure, supposed to have some peanut butter flavor but didn’t really taste it, the cashier asks if you would like to tip, which I’m not sure if that’s what you’re supposed to say. It’s a drive through area, barista. Then one would feel bad for not tipping. It should be an option, put a tip jar outside like Starbucks did or something but asking a customer isn’t the way to do it. Overall my first bad experience, I’d rather go to Starbucks if that’s the case or just make my own versions for a lot cheaper. Won’t be coming here nor any location due to their sad looking bagel, it’s not to assume the rest would be the same but it perhaps might be.

They have your drinks sitting at the windows while they make orders for cars behind you so you’ll hot drink is getting cold and it not because you’re waiting on your other items its because its just sitting there

Love this biggby, local family owned, excellent service, staff is always friendly. They have a little kids corner set up fit with games and coloring pages, which is just the perfect little addition. They have a wide variety of beverages, and use monin flavors which are superior. They have dairy free sugar free and caffeine free options so plenty to choose from and another reason why they are my go to spot.

I usually love going to this store but today they messed up my coffee and I specifically asked for a latte and they didn’t put anything in my coffee at all. No creamer. No whipped cream. No nothing. Just coffee. I had to go buy my own creamer and whipped cream to have it remotely. Taste decent. I will honestly say if I get a messed up coffee again I’m not coming back. I will go somewhere else. I will literally go out of my way to another biggby probably out in Oakley or Red Bank location. I at least never had an issue with either of them.
