Pretty sure the usual staff got replaced with the owners family when the new owners took over. The guy is getting better but the lady that makes the drinks always misses something or doesn’t blend the frozen drinks enough, sometimes forgets the syrup so it’s bitter. My wife and I loved this place for years in the last few months since, new management or owners took over the service has dropped a ton. Out of the last 5 times we have gotten coffee one of our 2 orders has been incorrect.

Since September this location has been on a downward spiral. Not scanning card for drink points, not putting garnish on cold brew and seasonal drinks, not telling people totals for orders in drive thru, I hope one day you can get this morning crew trained on how to interact with customers.

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after a second disappointing visit, I won’t be back. The staff was rude, and the drinks don’t even taste the same anymore. Biggby Coffee on E Ohio Pike always has the friendliest baristas! I absolutely love how they greet you with a smile and they say “welcome in!” It always makes me feel like they’re ready to serve me to the best of their abilities!
Want Coffee? They’re the place to go!
Not to mention, when you’ve included it in your diet regularly, they actually make efforts to memorize your order! Now when I go in, they typically try to put my order in right away via memory! And 9/10 times they’re absolutely correct!
Also, when I sit in their little booth, I feel so energized and inspired as the atmosphere is phenomenal! I actually make an effort to go there and do important online work as needed!

Overall, I love Biggby’s and I strongly encourage you to get, A large, Frozen Starry Skies, 2 Shots of Espresso instead of 3, add Caramel & Caramel Drizzle, as well as Cinnamon Shake!

I’ve come here for coffee many times along with my fiance and we are always impressed. The staff is always super friendly as well and seem to actually not hate their jobs unlike many other coffee shops. That may not be true but it seems that way. I’ve never had a messed up order in my times coming, I would definitely recommend over a dunkin or Starbucks for sure.

Stopped by today, everyone is really nice and they were helpful in giving my girlfriend a good drink recommendation. They have a lot of drink options and even more when you check their website. Tuxedo muffin is really good! Would recommend!

What happened??!! This was my favorite place and now the coffee taste watered down and I don’t feel welcome at all, especially when I am standing at the counter and they are speaking a language that I don’t even understand. Definitely feel like I’m being talked about. Disappointed!
