This is a great spot for takeout! The ham and cheese bagel, with cream cheese, tasted wonderful, as did the iced coffee. I love that they can turn any coffee on the menu into iced coffee. I tried the German Mocha, and it was a delightful mix of flavors that reminded me of German chocolate cake, with hints of coconut. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. The food and coffee are excellent. I also appreciate the outdoor table near the entrance. A little attention to the property, like some weeding and flowers, along with a touch of personality in the decor, would add some magic to the atmosphere and beautifully complement the lovely baristas.

there is nothing better in this world as a consumer then the world’s greatest staff and the world’s greatest coffee all located under One roof.
this place operates with crazy amazing efficiency. you would swear they are all family because they know exactly how the other person’s going to operate and they all operate in unison it’s the most epic thing I’ve ever seen in a retail place let alone a coffee shop
and if we can just discuss how amazing biggby coffee is, it is the most delicious cup of coffee I have ever had. I’m usually more of a fan of specialty drinks caramel this blah blah blah but just to go in and get a cup of black coffee from them is still just as delicious as something else where they make up cup size names.
I have been to other big bees and yes the coffee is just as good but the location in North Olmsted is literally a hidden gem. I’m kind of glad they’re not on the main road because the lines would be outrageous.
I went here the day it opened and I still continue to go this day years later. someday I hope to meet the owner and shake his hand and thank him for an amazing experience and excellent drinks.
I may have to dedicate an entire YouTube video just too biggby coffee and this location

It was my first time trying Biggby Coffee, and it was great! I got a 20 oz cookies and cream frozen latte, and it was delicious. The flavor and amount of ingredients was perfect, and it didn’t taste like ice, which happens sometimes with other coffee places. I could tell they didn’t skimp out on anything. The staff was also really nice. I forgot to take a picture before I started my beverage, but it was full and looked nice when I received it.

Pretty nice little coffee shop definitely something different then that big company we all know and love. The employees are nice , and helpful gentleman made me a fresh pot of coffee . My daughter had the mocha caramel frozen incredible tasting drink . Regular coffee is great as well nice little sit down furniture, free WiFi. Sit off in the cut off Lorain Rd by guitar center.

This was my first time at Biggby Coffee and I was very happy with my experience. My mocha latte was very hot and delicious! It was rich and creamy, it was one of the best mocha lattes I’ve ever had. The kids hot chocolate was also very good. They can also do almost any drink as decaf which is nice. I’ll be back to try more items on their menu.

honestly great place to get a coffee and a quick tasty breakfast there but a young lady with long black hair that’s short has a very mean attitude and i did not feel welcome with her , its not the first time i had my cousins and other friends say the same thing , id highly recommend ether talking to her or getting her fired because she dont not make that place feel welcoming other then that the staff and people are amazing !

I really like the variety of drinks! This was my first time at a Biggby location. The employees were polite and thanked us for our patience. (We didn’t wait long at all!) I got an iced Java Bean (I think) which was good. I’d like to come back to try the other drinks. The seating area looks awesome, good for studying or chatting with friends. There’s even a small kids section with books and toys. I feel good about this place. Keep doing what you’re doing ☺️
