Went here for the 1st time today. The Frozen Matcha Latte was freaking DELICIOUS and so was the sausage bagel. The staff when I went through at 2:45pm was ultra curteous & friendly. A++++ all around. Will definitely be back soon.

Been here maybe 8 times over the past couple of years. It’s just okay. Usually the drinks taste really plain with no flavor. I keep trying it because they send me coupons and I want to like it but I really don’t. I don’t know if the staff here aren’t trained right or what but the Lewis Center location is way better. The latte I got today just tasted like steamed milk with burnt coffee. Was supposed to have caramel and white chocolate flavor and I didn’t taste either at all. Oh well.

I just stopped to get an afternoon coffee at the Hilliard rome location. I don’t know the name of the young lady, but she has long brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was very sweet. I pulled out and about a minute and a half later, I dumped my entire coffee on my passenger seat. I went back through the drive-through and when she saw me She asked why I was back so soon I told her I had spilled my entire coffee on my passenger seat. She looked in my car and said oh no, you’re not paying for this one I will use my shift coffee for you. So thank you to the young lady who bought me a coffee this afternoon you made my day.

Biggby Coffee is a great drive thru coffee shop. I ordered an authentic mocha latte after dinner. The smile of the girl at checkout window was so warm. Service was fast. The cream on the top was decently sweet. Breakfast bagels and cookies were also available.

Very friendly customer service! Chai Tea Latte was, as always, phenomenal. Highly recommend Biggby regardless of location, but was pleasantly surprised when one so close appeared on Google maps.

I love Biggby and I frequently visit the location in marysville with no issues.
While the employees at this location are so very friendly and nice , my order is never right.
I ordered an Iced teddy bear and a turkey havarti everything bagel with extra cream cheese.
My drink was fine tasted like it usually does but my bagel was just terrible. It was the least amount of cream cheese and actually seemed like a lot less than usual. My bagel was burnt, only two pieces of meat and the meat was so dry on the outside from being overheated that the edges just crumbled/broke off.
When my order was read back to me, they even said “extra cream cheese” so I know that was heard.
I wasn’t offered a receipt so I don’t know if I paid extra for something that I didn’t get but I know that I do pay extra at the other Biggby location that I go to so just kind of not cool to pay extra for something and not receive it, no matter how much it is.
It was so dry and the bread had that distinguishable burnt taste so it got chucked in the trash.

There was no cream cheese on the other side of the bagel. Bone dry. Not a lick.
I know because as I bit into the very dry and burn sandwich I thought, “well surely there’s cream cheese on on the other side of the bread, but there wasn’t, only the harvarti cheese.
When you watched the camera of the bagel being made, did you see it get burnt? Because that wasn’t acknowledged.
That reply was dismissive, condescending and not professional. I’ll not be returning to this lackluster Biggby location.

I went here for the first time this morning to try something different. There are plenty of choices that would likely cover anyone’s preferences. I don’t usually go frozen places because the coffee flavor gets lost, but this was different, the coffee flavor was still there. The food wasn’t bad, though I probably won’t get food here often. I love checking out local places and this is definitely worth a try. It is drive through and walk up only.

We’ve been to this Biggby location a few times since the grand opening, and it’s been AMAZING! The owner is so friendly and sweet, and the staff has been so great. Some of our favorite drinks so far include:
