This area used to be wonderful and stuff like that but ever since this new dudes been working there his name is Ryan it has gone downhill it takes too long to get your drinks he clearly doesn’t know how to do his job correctly and stuff like that he doesn’t know how to de-escalate situations but the moment you get smart with him about him not wanting to touch somebody acting like they have some type of disease or something like that then all of a sudden he can get an attitude if you don’t wanna touch ppl maybe the location need to invest into a outdoor card reader….. I was a manger at multiple Starbucks this is not how you run a business period won’t be back till he’s gone and the 1 star won’t be removed until he’s gone as well I’m sorry in 2026 we’re not doing this

The people that work here are super nice and super helpful.
As I entered, I felt like I was walking into a Dunkin’ Donuts… ads for fancy drinks everywhere. Bigby is the mass market of coffee and the quality of the coffee is only slightly lower than what I would perceive 7/11 coffee to be. If you are to have fancy names for your coffee, then employees should know where the coffee is from.
It’s loud and lacking charm. It would be like having coffee in your garage under fluorescent lights.
I now travel with a coffee pot and a coffee grinder as well as with FABULOUS coffee. I have only used the F-word three times in my entire life…. And this review required me to describe my coffee with the F-word.

I hardly ever write reviews but it was ridiculous to set in line at the speaker for 6 minutes just to place my order. Then to sit in line for 10 more minutes and still never received your order is absurd. There was literally one track in front of me and he had said there just as long.

Went to get a coffee this evening just to find out they locked the door at 7:45 with the open sign still on. 1st time customer and will not come back. Do not waste your time here. Went down the road to scooters and got taken care of quickly and with amazing customer service.

Been a long time since I have been here, but looking for variety from two other coffee places here and I refuse to go to Starbucks. Their coffee makes me sick to my stomach and overpriced. Nice surprise to see a newer menu that has lots of variety and I usually love getting a maple waffle sandwich other places, but theirs was really good. Not smooshed and all over the wrapper. I have been missing my peppermint mocha I used to get from Starbucks so I tried their mint mocha latte. Very good. Deep mocha and lots of peppermint taste as well. If you are some fancy schmancy coffee connoisseur looking for hints of this or that, probably not your go to place, but those of us in the real world enjoy this latte and a nice break from my usual. Probably will start being my usual from here on our. ❤️

Drinks taste fine, but like most places they are little over priced. Price is to be expected, biggest issue is they take 3 to 4x as long to make a drink as every other coffee place I’ve ever been to. I rarely come here because of this.

We had a cold Who Dey, which was absolutely delicious. I loved how you could actually TASTE the coffee. And a Chai Charger, which was also super delicious. Absolutely recommend as it’s hard to find GOOD coffee now a days!

Idk who the manager is in Georgetown ky, but there is so call manager with curly hair there who is rude, over charges ur drinks on purpose, she is spikeful, she charges us a dollar on a pup cup, she will try to steal ur money. It’s coffee ppl. And the 12th drink for free is bogus, but hey that manager really knows how to make sure u don’t get ur coffee even put into the card. Expectally, if she doesn’t like you, she will make sure u don’t want to come back. Idk they need newer ppl to work for biggies. Ever since they opened, they have had workers that are crazy in there head. I try to go back, to make sure the lady with the curly hair is not there. There are some workers I like. But please. Some of them don’t need a job b c. Of how rude, and how they treat customers. I don’t like the fact, that are ppl complaining, yet no g.m. or anyone would help the situation. This is very bad and ugly services on there behalf. Please if anyone is reading this. They need a new management team. And get the ones are rude, don’t know how to do there job right out of the business, get new ppl in. Period. Or shut down the place. B.c. They really don’t know how to do there jobs right.

They should hire staff who are trained to work quickly and efficiently. Whenever I come, the restaurant is empty and they take too long to deliver orders. I could understand some of it, but the restaurant is always empty and they are just as slow. ✅✌️
