Lattes are good and for the most part consistent. This store lacks when it comes to friendliness and customer service. Theres a person in particular that has a septum piercing when pulling up to drive through window, instead of saying a simple “hi” or “how are you” she immediately asks “bigby card”? then cash or card? With absolutely no smile or slightest grin. She always seems very annoyed with her job sounds like a robot. It really takes away from the whole experience especially when I stop in to get coffee to brighten my day or as a pick me up. With the prices of the drinks I at least except a smile or hello. I come to this place often and have put off making this review, but I feel like something needs to be done.

Drinks are just ok, the flavored lattes definitely have an unholy amount of sugar. But the drip coffee is ok. I’ve been here probably 20 times or more and occasionally get a friendly person, but more often than not the employees are rude and they look like it’s miserable to be there. That’s the reason I won’t stop there anymore. When you pop in with a smile and a “Hi!” and are greeted with blank faces and nothing multiple times it starts to feel weird and unwelcoming.

This place is so awesome, and very convenient, right off the ramp. The three ladies working were very fast and all so friendly and happy! I got the avalanche sweet cream iced coffee, with 1/2 amount the pumps to make it less sweet, and an everything bagel. It turned out exactly how I wanted it! Delicious. FYI, the bathrooms were so clean and sparkling, they looked professionally cleaned! I highly recommend this place!

I ordered the hazelnut latte, but it smelled strange and kind of tasted like medicine. The barista was really kind though, and remade my drink for me. I tried a vanilla latte the second time, and it still tasted off. I really wanted to like it, but I just couldn’t get it to taste good. Maybe my taste buds were broken. The Asiago sausage, egg & cheese sandwich was amazing though!

First visit and I was really impressed. I had the Sausage Egg & Cheese bagel with a hot chocolate, it was all very good. Facility was very clean and the employee’s provided excellent customer service. I was even able to use the free wifi to get some work done while my internet was down at home. Definitely check the place out.

Ordered a mocha, but when I took the first sip, I was hit with a strong peppermint flavor. It was so offputing that I ended up throwing the whole thing away. That’s $7 down the drain. I will not be back.
